I've had many situations where I have to pay for packaging on an amazon return that I was supposed to already have packaged it and I didn't realize it, but they've also been gracious a few times and given me a free bag when it is small!”

Dropped it off around 4:15ish, checked the tracking label info and was little concerned because there was no activity...PACKAGE shows up 8:00 AM sharp in D.C. like as planned. THANK YOU. “They go above and beyond here. Everyone is so helpful. I needed to have documents notarized and got there about five minutes before closing. I realize my timing was bad, but they were wonderful about helping me, and even assisted with the FedEx which meant staying past closing. I really appreciate having such a great business in the area!”
“John was quite helpful! I called ahead of placing my order to get help on items to consider, sizes, paper, availability of what I needed to have printed. He was quite helpful with suggestions and even layout to insure the edges were going to be appropriate for bleed cuts.He had to source the supplies for me with his other stores which he offered to call. I sent over my order and they called me to confirm a miscommunication between what was transposed from the email to the internal order. Note: It’s a smaller store, even though they don’t print everything in their store they work with the larger stores to get it done. I didn’t have to go to the other stores, John just went to pick them up and I picked them up at the store that was convenient to me.Thank you!!”
