“Excellent work!!!! Our home exterior is **** ********* Brandon comes out annually to inspect the exterior. This year, he found the beginnings of a moisture issue. His crew came out and repaired the problem area, having to rebuild a column on the house. After they had completed the job, you would never have known they had repaired the area. It was perfect!! “Purchased a maxtrix bunk bed and mattresses from them , dealt with the owner . Extremely nice and knowledgable guy , made sure we got the correct bunk bed as there was many options . Have not received products yet , but anticipate it going great . Will update once we receive . Highly recommend this company , saved us about 1000$ , give or take a few bucks . Place looks much smaller when you pull up , but its actually a large store . If they dont have what your looking for in store , they will get it for you , and more than likely at a better price than anyone else can offer .”

“My husband and I moved to Moyock, NC just over a year ago. We purchased 2 living room sets, about 2 months apart. One was in stock. The other set was a custom order, with recliners in the couch and love seat. We had a quality issue with the custom order. The sales staff, management and manufacturer were very quick and helpful! They resolved the issue quickly. I couldn't believe how pleasant and professional the entire team was! My sister and brother-in-law just bought a new house and are buying new furniture for their new home. I highly recommended they shop at Esprit decor!”

My partner is shy and quiet and doesn't like to make a fuss so they never would've said anything but Deb asked right away if it tasted alright and when it didn't had us swap it out for a good one. Amazing care and customer service. We also found a very cute Halloween dog toy :)”

Serena (Chesapeake Sq location) was simply the best she went above and beyond to make sure I found every item on my Shipt shopper list. Great job ? ?9/7/23This location is slowly becoming my least favorite. I'm in this store alot between my personal shopping and Shipt. Yesterday I had a Shipt order that required me to get a TV. I pressed the bell/buzzer three times at least 5 minutes apart as well as went to the checkout line for.assistance. None of the employess working between 9am to 10am seemed to care that I had been waiting awhile nor that I was gonna be late doing my job. In return dissatisfying two customers. I am highly upset again due to poor customer service and the fact that I was made to be late.”
