“It is a great storage area. Conveniently located to me but wvery time i ho there the person is not in the office. I do go at about 6:15 but the hours are later than that. Is there a problem with the guy working? Also i had an issue with my lock that i couldnt open. I didn't see in the lease where asticker would be put on my personal lock but i did get in and that was my fault. I did however ask him to put a piece of line on the door so i could reach it to pull it down that didnt happen. Other than that i am very happy with the storage area.”

I rented three spaces here for about ten years and these folks went out of their way on several occasions to accommodate my needs, including a couple of special occasions. The property manager, Peeps, is as about as good of a person as you will find. I highly recommend them.”
“This is the second time that I've needed a storage unit and I stopped by their office to discuss available units. The Representative Michael was courtesy and very pleasant. He took the time to discuss available units and to cover key areas that resulted in my needs being met. The process was simple and easy where I was able to immediately utilize the assigned unit.I just took the time to sweep out the unit, sprayed with Raid Insect spray, placed moth balls and cedar room freshners down before placing my items in the unit. I did go out and purchased a package of 4 sticky mousetrap and placed them around the unit. Silly me not thinking ahead for the little critters that get stuck where I would have to remove them. There was one trapped on one of my trips to load the unit and it was comedy central for me but luckily, no one was around to witness my fiasco. I went to Walmart to purchase bait instead. Where is Tom the cat when you need him?”
“The management at the facility is always friendly, you can book online in less than ten minutes, gated with security. Clean units, well lit and friendly staff. I couldn’t ask for anything else. Best rates around!!”

“This is the best place I’ve ever been to pick up a load. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment. Got me to a door immediately. As soon as I unhook my truck, go inside, use the bathroom and sit down on the couch, the lady at the window is telling me the truck was loaded. Couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes. The best place to pickup a load. Also don’t forget the people are NICE. All I can say is good job for whoever is running this facility.”

“Out Back Storage is so convenient!!! Right in the middle of everything and another good thing is they are attached to the Enterprise Truck Rental Building. How convenient is that? They have a 24 hour kiosk that makes it so easy to sign up for a unit and make payments any time of the day or night. Its a well lighted and gated facility for security. Very CLEAN too!!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!”
