We've had successful purchases with Lowe's and am planning another major purchase, but today I called 3 times to try to get information choosing to go to the operator in the phone cue, and 3 times I was hung up on. On my way to let the manager know and get my answer in person.

We bought 3 cabinets and I could not lift them to put them in the truck. Rodger was on his dinner break and saw me struggling. He stopped eating to come over and assist. That's what I call great customer service. He went above and beyond to help a customer in need.

Customer service for returns always seems backed up. There are three registers and usually three or more employees but usually only one register in use.
