“Awesome service! Tire pressure light came on while leaving work and I pulled into Discount Tire. Ben was so helpful and checked the pressure in all my tires. It turns out there was a screw in one of my tires. The tire was repaired and I was on my way. The customer service and kindness shown by the staff was amazing. Thank you Ben for your assistance and being so kind. It was a pleasure and I know where to go for any future tire needs.”
“I had my vehicle towed in because my starter went on my 2011 Mercedes e550 on September 5th. I was able to pay on the bill bit by bit. DJ and Mike worked with me and, I was so grateful for that. I was in school and just needed a break. These guys are awesome for that. They completed the work and, I was so happy. I wanna thank Bob and everyone who worked on my car. “Highly recommend these guys. Family run business with excellent customer service with the lowest prices for rim repair that I could find. Debbie got me in and out in one day. The bead on my tires would not seal to my rims because of some really bad chrome corrosion around the edges. They were able to get everything fixed up within two hours while I was at the grocery store. Other places I called in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach wanted to charge me twice as much with a turnaround time of several days or more to do the same exact work on my rims.I went back a week later and they even fixed a patch on one of my tires that was done at another shop incorrectly (and had a leak). Now all my tires are sealed and my rims looks great. I would give six stars if I could. Great people and great prices too.”
“I just left NTB after having some issues with my oil/ oil light and I cannot thank Mr Marion, Malachi, and Henry enough. As a woman it can be hard to choose where to get car maintenance done but Mr. Marion made me feel informed and cared for! They solved my issues quickly, and were super kind and communicative through the whole process. I’m so glad to find a trustworthy place to take my car for routine maintenance!”
“I got my car inspected somewhere else and was told my brakes were very worn and would need to be replaced before the next inspection. So when the next inspection came up, I bought brakes and rotors and decided to try Colony Tire. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call from their mechanic stating that my pads weren't even halfway worn down and there was no need to replace them. He charged me for a half hour labor for the inspection and that was it.”
“I haven’t gone yet but I have called multiple times, ethier went straight to voicemail or gave me the line of “sorry no one is available right now,please try again later”. I’ve also went to website and message for an estimate on new and lightly used tires for my truck. I have yet to receive any feedback.”
“What an awesome business!!!I limped in there at 4:45 pm with a blown out tire on my equipment trailer and even though they close at 5 they stayed late and got me fixed up without question!!These guys (and gals) run an exceptional business and are some of the nicest people to deal with!I'm sure they do more than just tires so if you're looking for a great, honest and reliable shop I definitely recommend Hornsby Tire!!”

The team offered excellent customer service fitting me into their already busy schedule. Most amazing is they did a quick service check on the car to let me know of a few items needing to be addressed but no pushy sales pressure. Shelton assessed my problem on the spot, told me what needed to be done, and where I could take my car for an alignment afterwards as they can’t perform them on my vehicle. “It's always a hassle to get your car repaired, and is usually frustrating to work with such a busy store, but the employees really do run a smooth & tight ship at this location. They are usually short and cordial, but it makes sense because they are slammed open to close. We've had to get our tires repaired twice, and both times they could've hustled us into buying new tires, but patched our tires for free. Most places will find any way to make money off of you, but it truly doesn't feel that way. Honestly, this perk alone makes the membership feel worth it. They've always had our car ready to go in a few hours!”
