“I came into this store in a rush the other week looking for envelopes. I was told by a new hire that they didn't sell them, so I quickly left to go to a different store. The manager rushed right out after me and told me they did have envelopes for sale. When I came back into the store, the new hire apologized and everyone was so nice and friendly. I've been a new hire before... I understand how that goes. What was impressive was the willingness to call me back in before I left, admit the error, and accommodate my need for envelopes. I don't know many other stores with staff that would run out after me to right an error. I loved the energy and professionalism here and will definitely come back!”
