They will steal your money!! Rented a unit online and they had it locked when we got there and conveniently the building manager isn't there on Wednesdays. Then, nobody over the phone could locate a viable alternative and an hour of time wasted on the phone and hovering in the parking lot and they didn't even refund our entire fee!! Stole $25 from us, don't use this facility!!

This was one of the most easiest moves quite and the young lady was very nice and helpful most people just sit down and don't move to to show you anything but she got up and came out to show me how to use the code machine

Management is simply horribleThey rate their storage facility that's Superior keyless entry gated security but yet my unit gets broken into. 2nd moth there! It's like pulling teeth to get cooperation. I lost over $6,000 in idems stolen. Still can't get management to review the sophisticated camera so we can see who's breaking into not been publicly posted. But apparently several have been broken into

Best service I have ever received. It was quick and easy to get a unit I would recommend this place to anyone and the prices are affordable for such a big unit. Nice and very clean place. Tamika is so nice please ask for her she will get you right!
