I received a collections notice in the mail and then I received a letter from DMV about them stopping the registration in my vehicle due to unpaid tolls. I called ERT and told them I never received a bill only the one from collections . I have an EZ PASS and it doesn’t make since that I would ignore a toll for a whole year while adding money to my EZ pass account. They told me they had nothing to do with EZ PASS and could offer me a settlement. I asked to speak with a supervisor they said they would escalate my concern and have someone call me back. Here it is 2 days later and still no call. I’ve tried to get in contact with them again but due to high call volume I can’t get thru! This is a rip off completely and very unprofessional!

Renew my toll relief, they were quick and easy. I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes. P.S. the place isn’t as scary as I imagined either lol

The lady I spoke with was really caring and understanding as to how I got into the situation I was in having to pay for my exes tolls and etc, but she spoke to me as a human,a kind human that was speaking encouraging words into someone that truly needed it at the time, she was informative, helped me, answered everything I asked her and actually listened to me and helped me and made a very hard time for me, much easier to go through and take care of, she needs recognition and a raise!!! I wish I knew her name!

I received some mail a few months ago from Elizabeth River Tunnels, in Virginia, showing a photo of a vehicle's license plate (neither the vehicle or license plate are mine.) It said that I owe 400 something dollars because of entry to this toll x number of times. I've never travelled to and the plate and vehicle are obviously not mine. I've tried to dispute with this but they just keep saying the same thing over and over again. Amazing!

You all have sent me several $7 toll bills in the mail that my EZ-Pass had already captured and paid for. It's happened 4 or 5 times now. Please fix your system or processes. Your system can apparently take a picture of a plate and figure out DMV information, so it shouldn't take much more effort to validate whether or not a plate number that traveled your tunnel was already captured in the EZ-Pass system or not.

I had to go in to dispute an overdue toll bill that was sent to an old address and I had such a positive experience. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and thorough. Andrea and Wanda were angels. They pointed me in the right direction and sent me to the City Hall around the corner to get proof of my move. They were so patient, warm and friendly and at the end of the day they were able to fix the issue and help me finally get a toll pass to avoid any future mix ups. Customer service was superb and I am very appreciative of all of the help!

I had a very pleasant visit when I had to go into the office. Ebony was the person who assisted me. She was friendly, professional and prompt. She took care of my needs in a matter of minutes.
