5 stars would be free service ?, and McCartys would be out of business if that were the case…seriously, these guys are competent, friendly, and willing to help…customers are messaged a written estimate, with pics of the testing that is done that warrants the repair work…haven’t seen that before. All in all, good work.

After living in another state for 9 years, it was nice to be back where I could take my car to McCarty’s for service. Robert has always had a shop with friendly, thorough service and it still remains that way today. Stan and Tim were very helpful answering questions and taking care of my car’s needs. I’m always scared because most auto shops try to take advantage that I’m young and a woman and try to make me pay for extra things I don’t necessarily need. McCarty’s always works with me and they are incredibly kind and friendly. They explain everything to me, make sure work is done on time, they even give you a ride home if you drop your car off! I can’t recommend them enough, they are definitely girl approved.Services: Transmission

My car was in need of new tires and an oil change. Tim and team went over the options available and a decision was made as to what tires to purchase. The service team put the new tires on and performed the oil change. I have used McCarty's for more years than I can remember and I keep going back for their exceptional service. I've never had a shop repair experience so organized. Appointment scheduling was very easy. While working on the vehicle they sent a link which when accessed, gave a list of every issue resolved and unresolved, what the prices would be, physical evidence like photographs and test results. all that information was available without having to call the shop. Prompt service and the labor rate was very reasonable. This shop has my highest recommendation.Services: Tires

They are great, I was very impressed with this first trip. They were honest, communicative and told us what needed to be done. The photos were excellent.5/1/2023 - The guys there are still great, they just totally overhauled my Jeep Commander's shocks, struts and fixed a lot of problems. Everyone agrees the jeep rides smoother than it has ever driven and we look forward to more improvements.7/1/23 - Just wanted to keep the news going, the alternator died (17 years 125K miles it was bound to happen) the team worked us into their schedule and got us taken care of!7Services: Engine repair
