“Drove through West VA Blue Ridge Mountains and my brakes took a beating. My pads were loose and needed tightening. Went to a local dealership and they wanted to replace 2 week old brake pads and rotors. Got a recommendation from family. Went to Big Boy's Auto and Mac and Matt took a look at my car even though they were booked. Matt cleaned out my pads and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. Price they recommended was next to nothing and practically for free. Definitely turned me into a lifelong customer and friend. Awesome service you cannot get anywhere else. They take care of their customers.”
