“Can someone please ask Ms Carol to let self checkout be SELF checkout. If I need her assistance I will ask. Every time I come in and she is there when it's time to checkout she literally walk overs and hovers in my personal space. If she is doing theft prevention that is totally fine but do it from the back like the other associates. She is very polite and I'm sure means no harm but please back up ma'am.”
