I always get friendly, helpful customer service and have never had any issues. Sometimes teller service can be a tad bit slow, especially when they're busy, but it's never too bad.”

At 'brand X' bank, I have to get a question answered by setting an appointment with a customer agent, supervisor, assistant manager, or manager, and it takes up to a week to meet. This is not true of the smaller local banks.”

Lower interest rates on my car loan, partnering with lots of little private banks to expand your ATM footprint. Service is always friendly and helpful without dragging through the red tape mud. Don’t take my word for it tell them my name for a referral and I bet you get the red carpet rolled out plus up to $100 for being referred. “iQ has been amazing. I'm so grateful, I made the switch from Big Banking, to a credit union, especially iQ! Everyone is fantastic! I even have my car loan through iQ Credit Union! All around, everything has gone quite smoothly! Kinda wish there was a closer bank branch but, what do you do? I live in Oregon and the closest one to me is the Happy Valley location(about 25 mins from my location). Other than physical location, banking with iQ has been extremely great! No qualms here!”
