“Customer service is great the grounds were clean everytime I'm there there's enough cards I don't have to look for a card or wait in line to be able to get into my storage unit because there's so many people in the hallways moving our living in their storage unit this place isn't like that”

He was very nice to work with, and in my opinion, is the kind of company representative that makes people want to come back. I know I will, it was the best rental experience I have ever had renting a vehicle of any sort. (And I have rented hundreds of cars in my 70 years)”

The man behind the counter (receipt has name Brownant) has always been extremely helpful and friendly. I have a uhaul location closer to me, but I always choose this location because of my positive experiences at this location. A huge thank you to all of you at this location.”
“I recently had to rent a 12’ truck to finish up a move and couldn’t be happier with this location. Penske is a few dollars more than the competition, but it’s always worth it in the end when you have a safe vehicle and clear contract.This location is by far the best that I’ve come across: Renzo, Beatrice and Angel are absolutely wonderful. “Went in to see about getting a new cotter pin trailer hitch for my vehicle. I walked in and told the guy what I needed. He asked me a few questions and then took me exactly to what I needed. He asked a few more questions and then ended up telling me that my cotter pin and bolt can be re used until it shows signs of wear. With some muscle and effort, I was able to get the cotter pin off when I'm not towing.”

“It's a U-Haul store. It's also the the fastest one I e ever been to. If youre looking for a trailer this is pretty much the go to one that is going to have it. Friendly staff, in and out ,(my experience), and easy street access”
“I've used this location to pickup and drop off one-way U-Hauls several times in the last 2 years. While it seems that when you're in a pinch to move, and corporate rates fluctuate (some times wildly), the staff here is pretty helpful. We were able to find a cheaper moving truck somewhere else, but it's not as nice or well taken care of. When I came back to get an additional trailer (not all of our stuff fit in the big moving truck), we realized that the van we would pull it with didn't have trailer light hook-ups. Sure, now we'd have to have that installation done while I waited, but Justin and his crew jumped to it and got it done much faster than expected. Ashley is doing a great job with her staff and her store. If you need help with an order, or something isn't right, Ashley is your gal. There's even a miniature waiting room to write a review from so you aren't having to stand around while your moving day can proceed!”
