He was calm dealing with my uncooperative dog as well as very patient. He has always been very good with any animal of mine he sees. I highly recommend him and the practice.

Very disappointed with them recently. I had a cat with severe diarrhea who was seen by dr. Reed. She took blood work and was supposed to call me w results next day. She didnt as was off next day. Diarrhea did not improve so after several call jr julie saw her saturday and gave her an injection. In the meantime, i had to take my 17yocat in to be put down for health issues. Two weeks later... I have not had a call to check up on cat with d or call to tell me they have my deceased cats pawprints which they said they were doing and charged me for. I am so very very disappointed in them. Shame on u

They were so nice and helpful. They got my dog in quickly, and he is feeling much better. I had to drive 45 minutes because no where local could take my dog. It was worth the drive, I'd go there again even given the choice.

A very nice and caring staff! We're from out of town and they made special arrangements to squeeze us in to put our elderly dog to sleep after she took a turn for the worst. They have a very nice room with a couch and separate entrance to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They were also able to expedite her cremation for us. Best service ever!

The staff and all the doctors are the best. All the care and compassion they show to the animals is fantastic. They have so many modern techniques like laser therapy following surgery to improve healing, and also for older pets for their arthritis. Dr Patrick pulled our old dog Yogie thru many medical issues in his lifetime. All my other pets go there now, including my two new dogs.

Dr Cok and all of the staff were absolutely amazing. They took great care of my new baby, Kölsch and answered absolutely every question I had about his health and weird puppy quirks. I chose this office because it has good reviews, and I was not disappointed. They (hopefully Dr Cok) will be Kölsh's vet for life.

My cat had a car accident and needed emergency attention. We came here and were surprised on how quickly everybody took action. Everyone was very sweet and reassuring. My cat is okay now but I'd say this veterinary clinic did an amazing job.

We have had all of our animals treated here for years now. I can truly say Dr. Patrick and Dr. Cok are the best vets I have met in a long time. My original life plan was to be a veterinarian so I judge vets extra hard on what I consider to be good. I can not say enough nice things about the clinic and doctors.

I had both of my dogs treated by the Yakima Valley Veterinary Clinic. As far as I am concerned, they have always done a tremendous job with our dogs. The front office staff is friendly and competent. The medical staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel that both of our dogs received excellent care. They both lived a long time and were healthy and happy under the care of this clinic.

Literally the worst vet I have been to! First time I went there they treated my 4 month old husky terrible... then later I had to have my oldest dog cremated through them. I was told it would only take a week by multiple people, then when the week came and gone, it was changed to "oh well sometimes it takes 2 weeks" well fast forward 2 weeks then I call again to be told " oh well the person who does the cremations is on vacation so it might take longer" I will never come back to them nor will I ever advise anyone to put your trust into them!

Not pleased to add my one-star review to the bunch here. First, I would like to say that the front-desk staff has always been helpful and polite. My problem is with the doctors. We were down to requesting only one of the vets, because she, at least, seemed to care about the dogs and was empathetic. But this past Saturday was the last straw. We came to the office because our dog had an ear infection. Our appointment was 3 p.m. We arrived at 2:50 p.m. Big sign in the lobby says, "If you are 10 minutes or more late for your appointment you will have to reschedule." OK, good policy. Too bad it's not true for them. My dog and I were shown to an exam room promptly at 3 p.m., and then we sat there for 40 minutes. Nothing, nada. No one popped in to say there was an emergency or that they were busy and would get to us soon (or ever). I have a personal policy of not waiting longer than 20 minutes for anyone, ever. But this was for my dog. He's in pain. He needed treatment and care. We held on until he got so antsy we had to go. I walked out. No one called us to find out where we went or to ask about why. Clearly, this is nothing new at Yakima Valley Veterinary Clinic. They know why. I just had my records sent to Tieton Drive Animal Clinic. My two little poodle mixes are aging and will need care in the coming years. Real care. And when I called them to request that the records be sent to Tieton? Again, nobody asked why. So, if you all ever read Yelp, THIS is why.

My dog had liver cancer and was in really bad shape. I had taken her to this vet before. I called to say I needed help with her because she had taken a turn for the worse. I was told they didnt have any open appointments. I asked if there was a crisis appointment and she said I could bring my dog in and leave her and they would 'see if we can get to her later'. I didnt want her to die alone in a cage without me there. I won't go back.
