Just want to say thank you for taking care of me with such courtesy and professionalism I was welcomed as my courtesy driver for my campus could wait instead of having to go on to his next person’s appointment. This was so great & I appreciated it so much.

My experience was very good! I was there for only 13 minutes (around 2pm) and the conversation was nice. Kind people. Having Blood work wasn’t upsetting at all!

The laboratory services, itself, is fine. However the billing practices have a lot to be desired. I am doubled insured and gave them that information when I went in for blood work. Several months later I received a bill, which is fine. I could not tell by reviewing the bill if they had billed my secondary insurance. I called and a nice gal helped me and said it looks as though they did not bill my secondary insurance and that she would submit it and to check with them in a couple of weeks. I spoke to her a couple of weeks later and she said that someone in their office had went "into my account" with the insurance company and it was sitting there needing more information from me, etc. I contacted my insurance company and no invoice/bill for that service date was submitted - there was one for a date 2 weeks later, etc. I went back and forth with the insurance company and them to no avail - lab saying yes it was submitted and insurance company denying it.... I have therefore paid the bill and had to submit it myself for reimbursement. Not very pleased that I spent all that time when they should have submitted the bill.

I was impressed by the place and how efficiently, clean and quickly things were done. It's a one-draw station as best as I can tell, but the technician was skilled in all areas and has a great personality. Definitely a good experience.

Terribly understaffed. They open at 7 and have only one phlebotomist working. 20 minutes after they open still not a single person has been drawn because the phlebotomist has to be the receptionist as well as is still checking patients in

I was kept waiting for over half an hour. Other patients came in, were serviced, and left. I finally approached the front desk and asked why I was still waiting. The girl at the desk became quite snippy, indicating that she was certain that I had not brought in any paperwork. My "paperwork" had been sent electronically by the doctors office, which apparently had been misplaced or not printed out at all.I had signed in on their form, indicating my name and time of arrival, which obviously is not used to determine when a person enters the facility.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Employees won’t wear masks and they won’t make anyone wear a mask so almost all the staff have COVID now and two were STILL WORKING even though they had covid and the two weren’t wearing masks properly!

I do not recommend this company because they made me lose a day of work and they had me without eating 12 hours they told me that Saturday would have been Saturday GPS says they open Saturday and when I went it was very bad company very irresponsible.
