I was working with Mark on a new truck. While I couldnt come to an agreement on something with the company due to their policy, Mark was right there with me the whole way and was understanding as well. If you shop here, I highly recommend requesting Mark for your salesperson.

overall, I am satisfied with the work done on my GMC Canyon. Tony my service advisor was helpful and friendly. On 2 occasions my repair took longer than anticipated due to parts availability issues, however I really appreciated the fact that they offered me a loaner vehicle. I will return for future repairs. Also was able talk to the person who did the repairs, which unusual and by accident was very informative. Thanks

The service was above and beyond. Roberto went out of the way to get my car fixed quickly. The repairs were well done and reasonable. I have never had a bad experience with the service department!

The oil change was about $60 more than my last one and no one informed me that you would charge me $35 to rotate my tires. That is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never use Lee Peterson again and I will tell everyone about my experience. This was shady to no end. Unbelievable

I highly recommend the service at Lee peterson GMC of Yakima. Anthony did a Excellent job rebuilding the engine in my Cadillac ATS, It was very expensive but I’m glad I paid the extra cash for the warranty and professional work done to my vehicle. I look forward on continuing, getting my Cadillac serviced here. Thank you.

took my car for overheating issues and a major power steering repair they had my vehicle for three weeks During that time I noticed they had an over abundance of cars in their garage die for repairs and my Buick was parked in the same spot for two weeks. i was called to come pick up my car they said it was completed however the car leaked out all of its power steering fluid the night I picked it up texts between myself and their mechanic confirm they were aware the mechanic told me he didnt work for free I told him I wasn't going to pay twice for the repair they should have completed in the first place. I advised him one as going to speak to his manager and when I got off work that day she told me that she already had spoken to their mechanic and she didn't need to hear it from me she told me they didn't run a charity there I was offended because with my income tax check on it's way and two jobs under my belt I was more than enough ready to make that repair. two weeks later my car stalled after the coolant reservoir caught fire on the highway leaving me stranded they refused to tow my vehicle to their shop to inspect their repair. the repair wasn't cheap I was disgusted with the way that I was treated I felt discriminated against my car has been broken down since the repair and I am working on saving for an attorney which has been hard since losing my car costed me the two jobs that I had. i keep praying mr. lee Peterson would review the circumstances involved his staff was rude to me although i kept in contact and informed them of my pay dated. I encourage the Hispanic community to think twice before doing business with this dealership. I am a single father with two children and they have brought nothing but stress and heartache to our lives. it's hard getting back and forth to Dr. appointments the kids had to drop from sports and they will both be high school students this year being a single parent is hard enough not having a car makes it more difficult. I don't wish this on anybody don't make the same mistake trusting your repair with them.

HIGHLY recommend Lee Peterson Motors in Yakima if you’re looking for high quality repairs! Local company said nothing was wrong and recommended a $300+ transmission service and refused to scan codes cause “the light wasn’t on” I called Lee Peterson and Tony in service got me right in, figured out sensors needed work in the transmission after scanning stored codes (weird), and I now have my truck back with no issues and paid $170 for a sensor issue on better gas economy (18 to 28 hwy) Transmission repairs were all under my warranty. And for the ones who think I should alert the “local company” I have 3 voicemails into the service manager over the last 2 weeks and haven’t gotten any response ??♂️ my truck will ONLY be serviced by them from now on!

Service department did an excellent job communicating the timing and what the total cost of the project was going to be. When Mike was not available, a member of the service team jumped in a car and came to pick me up. Amazing service!
