Good, I bought 2 perm solutions. She showed me where they were. Checked me out and offered me all the pertinent checking out offers. Nice experience.

If I could give a negative review I would. Made an online order clearly says I have until 8 to pickup. I arrive there and it's closed. No internet so they closed shoppe? What about buy online pickup today orders? if you can't complete it why offer it? No one answers the phone. I've made an order and the hours fluctuate. I mean they can completely ignore everything.

I've had little to no problems in the past with Sally clerks at this location. However.. I have came across this male clerk at the 40th location here in Yakima once before. He is very rude and unwilling to help. He won't pull color for anyone. He said that I can go online and do it. I again asked him really your not willing to pull 2 boxes of color for me? He said he is to busy. I have never been told that in all my yrs of experience with Sally Beauty. They usually are so very helpful and generally eagar to please there loyal customers.

Stuff out of stock. Made zero effort to help me find an alternative. Just let me figure it out myself. Useless. Maybe if I was in there once a week, they'd be falling all over me. As a first time (and last time) customer, the couldn't care any less.

A world-class customer service experience. I walked in with questions and left feeling very very confident in the information that was provided to me. The courteousness and genuine helpfulness of the employees was exemplary. This will be the only Sally's I visit from now on

Very disappointed....today I went in to purchase several items (I was the only customer in the whole store!), I DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING, as I was forced to wear a mask or leave the store immediately!!! Spoken by the emoyee...with the Worst attitude and poorest service!! I chose to leave. This employee had no problem throwing out a high spending long time customer. She actually took pleasure turning away profits and customers...I will NEVER step foot back in Sally Beauty...This was the first time I had been forced to leave over a mask... All other previous in store visits during this plandemic have been great and were mask free!Not Cool...respect those who are exempt or can not wear masks!Fact: These masks are temporary and so is Covid...but customers never forget how they are treated and will happily spend their money elsewhere!!Bye Sally!!!

I stopped in last fall to get a few simple items & just browse around. The two customer service reps was very helpful. One girl made sure I knew where to find items I needed to go with the hair color I was buying. Great upsale techniques because she knew what I needed but didnt push a particular brand onto me. I browsed clearance shelf & they eagerly answered my questions. I was only shopper in store at that time & they were carrying on conversation between themselves which didnt bother me because they were immediately available to help if I asked.I only put 4 stars simply because this is a very small Sally's & did not have a huge selection. But customer service was 7 stars! Thank you! (Wish I would had asked names because think they should be recognized).Please carry more products Sally's!

The evening girl has the worst customer service EVER!!!! this is second time... to the management please train your girls about politeness, if they don't like thier jobs, they should find different ones. If they don't know anything about thier jobs, they should find different ones.

So I go in for some hair supplies ( I'm the ONLY customer in the store!) ...women comes out of the back says "you need to put on a face mask" I said: no I don't my doctor doesn't allow me to wear one! She preceded to tell me to wait outside or call in my order. I informed her I knew the law and the HIPA laws state she cannot harass me. I proceeded to pick out what I needed and went up to pay. She kept at me told me I could go buy a face shield! Harassment continued!! Then she says I'm a type ll diabetic and I'm thinking...I did not ask for your medical history nor am I a doctor. People have lost their minds! I kept my distance wiped down anything I touched with an alcohol pad and left the store. Insanity has taken over the world.

Had what I was looking for and helped me super fast! In and out in under 5 minutes. Employee was bright and happy, i liked the music - older rap - and I liked the clear and organized store. Good experience and helped make my Halloween possible!

I typically go into Sally's knowing what I need. This was one of those times that I didn't need help finding what I needed, which was Pure Acetone. It was in the mail section immediately to the left when you first enter the store. The employee was unboxing/unloading stock in the back room but did yell a greeting, which I appreciate! I had to wait maybe 30 secs for her to glance at the register to see that I was waiting to be checked out but no biggie. She handled my transaction just fine. I'd just suggest having someone up there at all times to prevent theft. Overall this store was clean, organized & had what I needed for a quick trip in & out.
