The salesman appear to be nice and smooth but there fool of lies! I don't trust them for the lies they tell. I won't be returning just be honest with long term customers your hurting the brand and loyal customers!!!

Tina helped us tremendously. My husband sometimes hits the wrong buttons and gets his phone "Scrambled". She not only fixed it, she also showed him how to fix it himself so that we would not have to drive into town every time he does this. She also took the time to have him go thru the steps to make sure he understood how to fix the problem. THANK YOU!! She then let us know that I could get a new tablet and lower our monthly bill. Which I took advantage of. WHOOP WHOOP! Thank you, Tina.

Nice store but this is a reseller and not a Verizon Corporate store so don’t bother going if you just need customer service. I needed a new SIM card and they were rude that couldn’t help me.

My wife was in the store last night to ask for assistance in setting up her phone that she purchased two days earlier from this store. She was greeted by Mari, apparently a manger, who immediately advised her it would be $29 to mirror her phone. Mari made no effort to ask if my wife was backed up to iCloud, or if we needed to do a manual transfer from old phone to new. When I finally arrived, I immediately went to Mari and asked why was it going to cost money, when I just bought a new phone recently and they offered to give us the instructions on how to backup from iCloud. She insisted that the apps and her phone would not look the same and we would have to download all the apps again. We had a fairly heated exchange and I told her I wish I could do it right here in front of her to prove her wrong. She continued to argue with me. Nothing I expected from a manager of a corporate store.Fortunately, we left, I backed up my wife’s phone from iCloud, and everything was exactly the same as her old phone - text messages, photos, apps, EVERYTHING.Very disappointed in Verizon, who I have been with between 15-20 years now. Luckily, there’s another Verizon store off of Summitview, whom my wife went there today and there were extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. If the Yakima Ave store was the only store available, I would have changed carriers. Yes, it was that bad.I will say that there was one other ‘manager’ there that was trying her best to be friendly and handle the situation professionally. I did not get her name, but she did her best to cover for Mari’s embarrassing unprofessional encounter with me. This happened yesterday and I’m still upset enough to come and write a negative review. I usually sleep on something like this and most of the time I forget all about it. This is literally my first ever negative review written.My hopes are Verizon Corp pays attention to these reviews.

The process of upgrading your cell phone can be very tedious. The salesperson clearly presented the options and costs for every component of the upgrade. Then, they executed the transition from my old phone to my new phone. Once complete, we tested all the features. I would not even tempt to do this on my own.
