Very will organize. Lots of stuff but not to the point it’s a pain to walk around. The inside is really nicely kept. The prices are on point. Meaning you can tell the look up on eBay for a lot of their stuff. But staff is always nice and friendly. Parking is great as well. No bathrooms but in Yakima it’s understandable.

While I'd hate for them to miss a great catch at donation of an expensive item, some of the prices aren't so "Thrifty"Costs range from $15-$159 Now I'm sure the coat is worth it, but put it off in a "Premium Price' area.I was a bit surprised that they do have quite a few non-clothing items cheap. However, some aren't complete and wanting 40% of new is rather questionable.

When we first moved here we were so grateful to the old thrift shop off 1st. It was affordable, such wonderful young people worked there. That was about two years ago. Went there often to shop. Then they opened a new store west of 40th. The grand opening was very impressive, but didn't fit right though. The young people were gone and the new people were snobby and rude, when I asked why the prices got so high but one of them said they have rent (on this NEW location and the other nice one on Lincoln. I responded that it doesn't make sense to up prices on things people need and everything was donated, so why? It's a church kinda place and told me I didn't have to shop there if I didn't like the prices. Went back a couple more times but the prices and atmosphere hadn't changed. It's like going into an antique store. So instead of helping the poor someone must be making some good money off this deal. Church donations will soon be needed to keep these two nice places open while the poor gets no help. The members of the church need to learn that preaching and praying will NOT provide food and shelter for those of need. Too bad.

The store had a lot of great finds and deals. Prices seem average for the area.

My favorite thrift store, though I wish they had a larger jacket section, as it can be hard to find good stuff sometimes. The prices are pretty reasonable, and overall it just feels like a moderately nicer version of Goodwill. Some employees are friendlier than others, but I’ve never dealt with any rudeness or anything—Imo this is the best thrift store out of the three they have in town.

I used to be a regular shopper here i used to shop regularly many things. But i saw theyre not equal with all the people , my mom went to shop with me with me and she had to used the restroom pretty badly but they said they didnt had a restroom when apparently 2 people "shoppers"already used it. Thats messed up and not fair, not going back again.

I stopped shopping here because I had a really unpleasant experience with two of the employees at the Lincoln location. Amanda and Alicia were very unprofessional and were racial profiling me while I shopped. The environment they created during my last shopping experience was hostile, it was racist and it was hurtful.I was shopping and they kept following me mind you I’ve shopped here many times and this has never happened. They kept watching me, I had a pile of yes clothes and asked them to put them to the side for me and I was asked to grab a cart to store it behind the counter as I walked to grab the cart Amanda yelled Hey so loud & angry that everyone in the store paused because she was frantic and panicked. I realized she was yelling at me when I turned to see why she was yelling and it seemed like she thought I was going to run out with the clothing when I went to do exactly what she asked. Amanda realized I was grabbing a cart and didn’t apologize, didn’t say anything she just stood there. I was so frozen with rage that I just put the clothes in the cart for her then went to try on my other items. I walked to the dressing room Then Alicia the other employee working that day had the audacity to follow me to my dressing room and she wanted to check all the clothes I was trying on for tags which has never been done to me except for that day. I did call her out and told her “I’m not here to steal from the UGM I shop here all the time and never have I been questioned to have my clothes reviewed for tags. So she didn’t check them after that. Alicia had no idea how to respond she knew I was bothered and I did give her attitude because of course two white employees were the ones giving me a Mexican girl issues. I told Alicia, Amanda just yelled at me and now you’re following me to the dressing room. She was so nervous and really said nothing.Alicia and Amanda need awareness training, they need bias training, racial profiling training on how not to racial profile. Especially with the type of store they work at. If they treated me like a thief I can only imagine how they treat and make others feel while shopping in a store that is said to support people without homes. Racial profiling is racist behavior and it happens at the UGM on Lincoln. I was an avid supporter of this store, I would shop there at least once a week. This happened to me in March and I have not returned to this store since and probably never will while Amanda and Alicia work there. I have been meaning to write this review but couldn’t put into words what happened because the fact that I even have to say something so WHITE people could do better at a store for the community which they serve is exhausting. Because It’s simple really just don’t be a racist working at a store where diverse populations of people shop especially if you plan on yelling at everyone you “think” is going to steal.
