I wish I could give them zero stars. I bought some Christmas lights about two weeks before Christmas. The lights stopped working in one week so I took them down and put them in the garage because I was busy with the holidays. I work for Fedex so I'm very busy at work at that time we had family gatherings so here it is January 16 and I'm taking them back to find out that Lowes tells me they don't return stuff after Christmas. They informed me that they have it posted which is posted in the return policy (very small print on a sign behind them, which nobody reads) it's NOT on the receipt. It is also different from their normal return policy. This only applies to Christmas stuff, the cashier never told me of this policy and I just feel like they ripped me off for 50 bucks. I have literally spent probably $100,000 at the store ( renovated two homes) and at this point I am voting with my dollars and I will never shop at Lowes again. Especially the Fayetteville location. I will take the one hour trip to Home Depot because they have better customer service better knowledge of product, better selection, better prices and a better return policy.

Six days. Two installs and two failed kitchen aid dishwashers. First one was obviously dropped or hit with a fork lift (see photos) lowes has a new third party delivery system. Don't use it. This is now the third nonfunctional appliance they have delivered to me. Obviously my time and money means nothing to them. They barely offered an apology. They will bounce you back and forth with the delivery company to avoid dealing with the bad service. It just gets worse every time. God forbid if you actually try to use a warranty. I'm in a rural area and have limited options for buying these things.

I should actually give this store o stars when it comes to the flooring department. We went to pick out new carpet for our bedroom about six weeks ago. We found what we wanted and the salesperson said they would contact us when someone could come and measure. Two weeks go by and we heard nothing. So, I called them to see what was taking so long, and the person I talked to said they had changed companies who do the installations. He gave me the number and said to call them and see when they could come. It was a company in Charlotte. But, they were nice and came within two days. He said he would give Lowe's the info. Well, another week goes by, and nothing. So, I call and the person who answered said he couldn't find any of the info, and would call me back. Well, several hours later, he calls and said he found it and all we needed to do was come and pay, and they would order the carpet. So, the next day we went and paid and they gave us a date (ten days later) that it would be installed. We have a huge bedroom with two large walk-in closets, and heavy bedroom furniture. About four days before the installation date, we started moving furniture and cleaning out the floors and lower racks from both closets. I now have my two spare bedrooms full of clothes, shoes, etc. Carpet was due to be installed tomorrow. So, today we called to confirm because we didn't hear from them. When my husband called, the salesman said to call the installers. He did, and of course Lowe's had not contacted them. I was furious to say the least. I called the manager and he said he would check on it and call back. Hours later he called back, and of course the carpet had not come in because I'm sure it had not been ordered. He gladly refunded our money, but now we start over with a new company. I would never let this Lowe's do any type of project or installation for me. If you are reading this, please go somewhere more competent!

I'm down lowes does not like military.. They refused to give a man his discount. The cashier's name was Rhonda. I will never shop at Lowe's again over this.... They just lost my business

I found the cashiers in this store to be rather rude and not very helpful. Went to purchase a snow blower put it on my credit card to get the 5% off and had a $10 off coupon. Well they never said anything about you can't get the 5% off with the coupon when I realized with the 5% I would be getting $30 off I asked them to change it. Well they almost refused to change it and became rather short with me. I went back to pick it up the next day and they were still being very rude to me didn't want to help me load it in my truck, would bearly would help me at all, I couldn't do it by myself. Very crappy service and I've done business with them since they opened this store I would expect better service.

Cleanest Lowe's I have ever visited. The employees are always very quick to ask if they can be of help. If you visit, and can't find what you need, it won't take you very long to find someone (or they will find you) to help you locate it.
