“My total seemed a bit high. I checked my receipt and was charged 3 times for one item. I called and was told to come to the store as they can't process a credit over the phone. The refund was quick and painless. They credited it right back to my card vs. giving in store credit which it what I prefer. They also gave me a $10 gift card for my troubles!! I didn't even ask for the card. The manager Brittany went above and beyond for me!!”

“The bank tellers there are always friendly and helpful. I ask them questions about my account and what not, they know the answer. I’m also glad that when you deposit a check, a decent amount of money is available before the whole check goes in. I don’t recall BankMutual doing that when I was with them before they merged with Associated Bank. Keep up the good work!”
