I bought a chair yesterday from here. I was so impressed with the customer service! Samuel went over my chair thoroughly to make sure nothing was wrong with it before I purchased it. I am extremely happy with my selection and for choosing to come here!

Samuel was easy to work with and no pressure sales .Unlike going into other furniture stores where you feel like you being accosted the moment you enter the store. The whole experience was enjoyable.

My sales guy Jed was on top of everything. His knowledge of the recliners I was interested in was incredible. Every question I had was answered honestly. He didn’t have to make up any answers because he didn’t know the answers. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t want. He told me my recliner would be here in a few weeks. We’ll see if he passes muster.

I had an amazing experience when I bought my mattress a couple months back so I figured I would give them a shot when I needed a new chair. I dealt with Travis and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient. I couldn't decide between 3 chairs and he went through the pros and cons of each without pressuring me towards a higher sale. I appreciated the fact that he just wanted to find the best fit for me. I am a loyal customer and will continue to give them first crack at all future purchases. Thank you to the Furniture Row team.
