No customer service. Employee did not know about points. Employee did not explain how discounts worked when asked. Also anothrer very rude employee informed us that the clothes we could not carry were in her way on the counter. No offer to hold them anywhere else. Not a good experience.

I called the store location in Green Bay, WI on 11/8/23 and spoke with a woman on the phone about an exchange for a bra. She was pretty rude and wasn't really listening to what I was asking. I didn't have the order number of the exchange at first, but I found it and called the store again. I could actually overhear the storeworkers whispering saying "Is that her again?" And then I spoke with a woman I believe her name is Joy or Joyce. She was a bit rude at first but she at least put my mind at ease when she found proof of the exchange in their system using my phone number. I do like shopping at Lane Bryant but I think maybe some of the store employees could benefit from some active listening and empathy training. I know some customers can be difficult and I've lost patience before also working in the customer service industry. I really hope the store employees at the Green Bay WI location see this review.

Deborah is an absolute angel. She is a sweet and caring woman who went above and beyond to help me find the right size bra. I had been struggling for years with ill-fitting bras, and it was starting to take a toll on my self-confidence. I had tried various methods to measure myself at home, but I could never seem to get it right. That's when I decided to seek professional help, and I am so glad that I did.I walked into the store feeling nervous and self-conscious, but Deborah immediately put me at ease. She greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly hello, and I instantly felt comfortable in her presence. She took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my needs, and she assured me that she would do everything she could to help me find the right size bra.Deborah started by measuring me using a measuring band. My daughter was very hard to fit, not happy and not the most fun to shop with. alThe "bra whisperer" helped her figure out what size was right to wear and even got the child to smile while bra shopping.

Worst experience of my life… after searching and trying on several bra’s without success you would think a sales rep would offer to help me. No. Neither of the two rude sales associates couldn’t be bothered and when I asked for help they ignored me. This place was recommended by a sales associate at a competitor. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience.

Has a good variety, staff is usually helpful, but not always. It’s a toss up on if they will interact with you when you go in. But the quality of the bras keeps me coming back.

Friendly staff and way too many cute clothes to choose from. They also offer personal bra fittings. I didn't realize that depending on the bra style I was different bra sizes until I went here.

It's better than dress barn. Barns are for cows. Torrid rhymes with horrid. They should just dispatch with all the pleasantries and call it moo moo's plus and free garlic butter and some like crazy bread if you try on a tarp. Until then we have. E. Bryant
