“I am a retired lawyer with 30+ years experience. I worked in banks as a teller and proof machine operator while I did my undergrad- no matter where I was in school, there was a bank hiring. As a teller, I was primarily assigned to run a drive through window. Usually worked both jobs at the same time. Both the customer service and the long hours were great training for my ultimate career.I became a Summit customer today at the Baraboo branch. I was wisked in quickly, got a same day meeting with Lending Advisor Schell, who walked me through all of my questions and concerns efficiently and thoroughly. The tellers I spoke with were just as helpful.I went to Summit as a colleage went through Summit's money management competition and has been complimentary. Word of mouth has consequences.Ms. Schell did not know my background. I am more critical than the average customer as a lifelong customer service worker. My experience was wonderful!
