Awful experience from the sales associate Jami, I asked for assistance with a new phone and was told I’m an immigrant and cannot buy a phone at this store. Disgusting attitude and really bad for business. Just by the way I’m living here for 10 years!

I’m a new customer and received HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!! Jami - sales associate (with the pink hair) is quick to make a sale but has no patience for customer care when you need help with an issue. Her co worker with the (blonde hair) is just as rude and blunt. Also forget about speaking to a manager because they do not have one at this store (literally). I highly regret taking out a plan with Verizon and buying unnecessary accessories with Jami. Will not recommend this store or Verizon to anyone!!

DO NOT go to this "Verizon Store". An employee blatantly lies to us, getting us to commit to a device, informing us that the credit will be applied within 2 to 3 months. 3 months later we are informed that the information was incorrect...that it is too late...and that we are stuck paying for the unwanted device. And all of the information is documented in THEIR system showing what the employee promised...incorrectly....and they STILL will not do anything!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Over a decade of being a Verizon customer and this is how we are treated?!?!

We own a small business and do not have a physical internet line available. We talked with the business rep and decided to go with a cellular router as well as two phone lines. We move quite a bit of data so I specifically asked if the speeds were capped, to which I was told no. To confirm approximate speeds, we were told to run a speed test on our existing Verizon line and the speeds should be similar. We did this, found acceptable speeds, and moved forward with the account. We got the modem set up and ran a speed test to find out we are throttled at 10Mb/s. We have 80 Mb/s available, but again, are throttled. I tried calling and texting the rep but cannot get ahold of them. It is wrong that I specifically asked the question, and was lied to. I called Verizon directly, but received the typical service you get. Really no surprise on that end. The claim is that they are trying to improve their business service, but we could not have experienced more of the opposite. Horrible customer service and horrible phone service, all at the highest rate on the market. I would suggest you avoid this solution if you run a business.

I lost my phone and someone found it on the exit ramp and took it to the store in the Dells. They went above and beyond to make sure I was notified. I returned to the store and purchased a new phone. Great customer service.

Would avoid this store. They are either incompetent or dishonest. Was looking for a replacement phone as mine had just broken. Tried to buy a new phone, the sales guy told me I had to upgrade my plan to an unlimited plan to get a new phone and I had to also make monthly payments thru Verizon for the new phone, I wasn't allowed to just buy the phone and stick with my current plan. He claimed it had to something to do with preventing fraud?! He sounded like a fast talking swindler to me. So we left. I went to another Verizon store and guess what, they sold me just a phone! I was able to keep my old plan too! Corporate Verizon, if you're reading this, you should send it a "secret shopper" to check out these people that are representing your brand.

Don’t waist your time here. they had terrible costumer service and the blonde lady that “helped” me was very short and did not put in any effort to help at all. she made me feel like i was an inconvenience to her.

Jess helped us switch our service to Verizon from Google Fi. She was great! She ran into a few roadblocks getting the service switched, but plowed through and got it done. A+ customer service.

My opinion is that the person on dutywas not very good at his job. My friend went from a pre-paid phone to a monthly contract. It took over 2 1/2 hours to get it done. Not impressed.
