They also showed me the box before they took the new filters out so I knew exactly what I was getting. Since you stay in your car, you can ask questions immediately if you don't understand something. “I had new tires installed and after driving on the highway the car shook bad. When I called to ask if they could check the balance of the wheels, the lady asked which highway I drove on. I mentioned 141. She told me that they had lots of complaints about that highway being so rough that it was causing the problem. Lol. They did do a rebalance and so far so good. Never heard of such a thing causing an off balance of a tire.”

“I had a bad exhaust leak coming home from Milwaukee and was really worried about high cost of repair. I called DePere Exhaust and repair and Diane told me to bring the car in at 2pm, when I got there Craig removed the heat shield and told me he could fix it without having to order a new catalytic converter, 25 minutes later I was back on the road. It is always nice to find an excellent and honest business, I will highly recommend them in the future.”
