My Jac was way overdue for a haircut. I couldn't groom him any longer. My Little cockapoo became a biting, territorial, Little boy. Vet gave me meds to chill him out and he got a good boy report card. Every 10 weeks for a groom is our plan. They did an exceptional job!!

Friendly staff and they are always happy to see my fur baby! I have been bringing my Lab there for about 2 years now a few times a month to socialize. He also loves their outdoor pool in summer! He will get groomed there as well and the report cards you get afterwards are so cute!

My German Shepherd is a handful, to say the least. She is a rescue dog who needs a lot of work. I brought her in for a behavioral assessment and then one day of boarding. The staff here is amazing. I never once felt judged for having a difficult dog, and I felt comfortable with the staff to provide a positive learning experience for my girl.

Love this place! The staff are always friendly and have great knowledge in the work they all do. My dogs have been coming here for over 5 yearsfor grooming and daycare, and I never had any issues. Tay is an awesome trainer who knows her stuff, Stef is an amazing groomer who cares for the animals like they were her own... And Becca, always so helpful and patient, my dogs are always happy to see her!! I love Animal House!

Never in my life have I ever given a negative review and although I wanted to leave no stars that option wasn't possible, so here's my 1 star review for The Animal House located at 3171 Voyager Dr, Green Bay, WI 5431. Last night was our second week of "puppy" training class and during the socializing play time, our 15 week old female Bernedoodle was pretty much viciously attacked twice within a 3 minute time frame, by the same dog. The first time this vicious male dog attacked, he was grabbed off by the head lead trainer, Taylor then was immediately allowed to go back to play time in which he ran right back to our puppy again jumping her from the back, growling and biting, mauling her like a bear. This time the 6 month old unneutered male dog was pulled off of our puppy again and was removed from the play area for the remainder of play time, about 10 minutes. Once the playtime was over, this aggressive dog was allowed to return to puppy training class, like nothing had happened. No trainer came to speak with me, no trainer even looked at my 15 week old puppy to see if she was bleeding, to see if she was okay. Class continued as usual. In my opinion, this vicious, 6 month old unneutered and highly aggressive dog should have been removed permanently from class which is actually part of their guidelines. Run from The Animal House is you care aboitvthe safety of your pet.Update: Our adorable Ella will now be attending a new puppy class at a new facility who does not condone or even allow aggressive fighting. This center is run by certified instructors who have a caring and knowledgeable staff. After speaking to the trainer, I feel confident that our puppy will be safe during class. Please send me a message if you would like the name of the center that Ella will begin her lifelong training at.

I would strongly discourage anyone with a small dog from boarding their dog here-- ever! I have boarded my mini poodle at other boarding houses around Green Bay and they have always complimented him on what a wonderful well-behaved dog he is. In fact, many adored him as the best behaved dog! He never barks and is super friendly and affectionate. He's very popular at my apartment with both management and residents alike bc he's so quiet, friendly and calm. Now I put my dog up at this boarding house. They gave him a behavior assessment and failed him. They gave a written assessment which was insulting, both the language and tone, and worse, worrisome as to how he was treated while. They complained that he soiled his kennel several times and they had to clean up after him. My dog Ami is 5 and has not had an accident inside an enclosed structure for over two years, and that leads me to believe he may have been neglected and left in his kennel for super long periods of time; smaller dogs have smaller bladders. And they should know that! Another point: they do not separate large dogs from small dogs, something every other kennel in the city does. That was why he "failed": apparently the last behavioral test was for him to be rushed/accosted by a group of large dogs and he reacted fearful/anxious. Um... duh who wouldn't be anxious?? The next door clinic is awesome so I was surprised how unprofessional and below the basic standard of care this place is. I would very strongly discourage anyone from ever boarding their small dog here!!
