“I’ve lived in the apartments for 1 year and the townhomes now for almost over 2 years. We’ve always had great experiences when something goes wrong or needs repair. Prompt and nice customer service. Only negatives are around our townhomes there seems to be an ant problem and tenants don’t seem to understand the different of trash and recycling. The capabilities of wifi are also not great. Great place to start your housing journey”

“We’re really loving our new apartment at the Aria Place. Our 3 bedroom is very roomy with lots of bathrooms, big closets and space. The floors, countertops and paint colors are very tasteful. We have the upstairs closet converted into a playroom and the other closet converted into an office. My kids love to play in the back yard space, I enjoy drinking coffee on the patio, and we’re only a short walk to the playground. It’s a perfect place for our family.”
