Absolute garbage place to try and do business with or buy parts from, that has went from bad to worse with the change in ownership. After several calls to try and straighten out our billing (that they messed up in the first place) and NO response, we get a letter saying our account has been suspended, even though we have been trying to work with them and heard nothing back.

Was very happy with my recent purchase. Worked with Ritchie Johanski. He was more than willing to show me a couple different vehicles I was interested in. Never pushy or high pressure tactics. Bergstrom price was not to be beat. Will definitely shop here again when in the market.

I'm on my 4th car purchase from Broadway used cars on Military. Each time all involved in the trade and sale process were courteous and professional. My salesperson this time, Isaac, was very pleasant and helpful. And it's a good thing he's patient because it takes me awhile to make decisions about cars. I would not hesitate to work with Isaac and Broadway again.

I have been searching for a previously owned Certified Pickup Truck for nearly 3 years. Not long ago I went to Broadway Ford on Military Ave. Green Bay. The entire workforce at this dealership happened to be in the main showroom at the far end watching a PowerPoint with the lights out. It was their annual meeting about the health and status of their work and company growth.Within 3 minutes a young go-getter, Alex Mendoza, came to assist me. Alex does not even sell vehicles to the general public. He works on the Commercial Vehicle side but stuck with me and found a Ranger XLT Crew Cab Sport 4X4 which fit 99% of my check list criteria. Alex is not the type of worker who shuffles around making small talk. He is a young man on a mission and he moves double-time wherever he goes. Alex is a very articulate and energetic individual. I was thoroughly impressed with his desire to please the customer. He isn't a parody of your typical salesman; he is honest almost to a fault and tells it like it is.As we sat down to write everything up he introduced me to Aaron Winker, his supervisor. I instantly recognized Alex's persona by a Professional who shares his success with his Team. Aaron is an absolute gentleman with a smile as big as his heart. He assisted us as we closed on the deal and he was not a rigid man who refuses to negotiate on the value of a trade-in.Aaron Winker & Alex Mendoza actually made this purchase a very pleasant experience. It was an experience which convinced my wife and I to transfer all of our vehicle preventive maintenance for both of our vehicles to Broadway Ford in Green Bay. This dealership really knows how to take care of their customers! Being from out of town, they kept me updated on the vehicle I was interested in, had the vehicle ready for a test drive when I arrived , and made purchasing the vehicle very quick and easy. Bought a new Bronco here and the experience was incredible. They were fast, honest and I was able to drive away in the Bronco in an amazingly short amount of time. They also helped to great extent on my trade in and obtaining the title as well. Everything here was perfect and I would definitely recommend Broadway Ford for your next purchase.

Had a good used car buying experience here. Thankful for that! Edit to add: our "new to us" vehicle had a couple issues within the first week or 2 of owning it. But Broadway took care of us and we had great customer service from Julie in the service dept.

A full service oil change is now $102?!? That’s absolutely ridiculous. I had a schedule appt for an oil change. I checked in at 7:55am. My vehicle wasn’t released to get an estimate across the road until 9:18am. However the collision center didn’t get it until close to 10am. Where was my car for 40 minutes???? I called and talked to Ben (service manager) who was going to look into it and call me back. Well guess what never happened?? He never called back. I still have yet to get my estimate from the collision center and when I was at the collision center, I said something about the service center and the employee said “yeah. The service center is terrible.” Pretty sad when your collision center even knows the truth about the service center. Not sure what has changed over the last couple of visit but it’s absolutely terrible. I have had more than one issue over the last couple of visits, I guess my business needs to go else where. Get an entire new team. The service advisor (Nicole) didn’t go over any of my paperwork. She handed me my paperwork and said “yeah. Go pay with her (and pointed to the cashier). When I questioned the $102 for an oil change she said “yeah that’s just what it costs now. We are looking into it across the city but that’s just the price”. She had no idea what was going on with my vehicle. Very very very poor service, as usual.

Broadway Ford has always been great to me as a customer both in Sales snd Service. No problems at all with scheduling service, they pick my vehicles up, keep me informed throughout the process, then let me know when the vehicle is dropped back off. We don’t have to waste a Saturday to get service, it’s done while we are at work, and we appreciate that option.

I had my air conditioner repaired. The mechanics did a thorough job checking it out and repairing the correct part. Alex did a great job communicating the issues.
