“I rented a car at the Green Bay airport on 8/22/2023. I was told that it would be a Nissan compact and was directed to the lot and the appropriate space. When I got to the car I put my luggage in the trunk and proceeded to sit in the driver's seat. I could not see over the dashboard (I am 5'3") and the seat would not elevate at all because it was manual, not electric. I was able to reach the desk at GRB and explained the situation to an attendant. He came out to assess the situation and once he figured out that the seat could not be raised he went to get me another car. I was surprised to see him drive up with a Toyota Camry with an electric driver's seat. I was not charged for the upgrade. I really appreciate the great customer service. I don't remember the name of the person who helped me, or I would let corporate know.”

I've used Hertz twice this year and not had to show it but you do sign stating your responsibility for coverage. I've found my experiences to be pretty smooth and seamless. I'll be using them again in September. I've used other companies that have required seeing proof of insurance. It's not unreasonable and why wouldn't you have your insurance card with you? I keep a PDF copy of mine for just in case.”

“Good range of cars in our requested car size. All the Desk staff were very helpful and patient. All info provided was relevant and useful.Be aware of tolls!! Remember your number/registration plate, as you'll need to go online to check toll invoices.Excellent prices of the cars, found via Kayak and flexible with drop-off options. We went with a full size than midsize, because of the discounts.Recommended!”

When I arrived at the front counter I was greeted by Adam Thomas. He offered me an upgrade to my reservation for a small upcharge. I told him I appreasate the offer but I had a budget to stick with. After another minute or two Adam said he would give me the upgrade at no additional charge. Drove a 2023 Ford Escape AWD for the week. I will continue to come back to Hertz.”

“There could not be a more consumer friendly business than the Green Bay MobilityWorks. From their friendly and welcoming receptionist to Brent, a warm, kind, and knowledgeable sales agent, to the genuinely helpful and kind technical folks, installing the hand controls in our car was a truly positive experience. When we had a concern about the brakes being a bit stiff, they came to our home 2 hours away, took our car, leaving their van for us to use, and returned the car with great brakes the very next day. I mean, who does that? We are blown away by their service and commitment to excellence.”
