Mattresses by Appointment was great! We purchased a Queen size Euro-top mattress and we are very pleased. The pricing was fair and we saved probably 1/2 of what we would have paid elsewhere. We got the mattress immediately which was much better than a 6 to 8 week wait. Don was awesome to trade with and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was searching for a reasonably priced mattress, and decided to go to the FB Marketplace. Not long I found Mattress By Appointment All Green Bay. I messaged Don to see what he had available and set up a time to check his selection of mattresses. Don was very nice and friendly to my husband and I as we tried out the various mattresses he had. We decided on a Gel memory foam hybrid bed and the next day Don delivered the mattress to us. I asked Don if he would help us get our mattress to the garage and without hesitation said yes. We tried out the mattress he brought with the plastic still on the mattress and decided it wasn't what we really wanted. So I called Don and told him that we wanted the pillow top instead, and he had no problem switching out the mattresses for us and didn't charge us for delivery, but we gave him money for gas and for helping us. What a nice guy ? I would recommend going through Don for a reasonably priced mattress to anyone looking.

Don was great to work with! He was punctual for our appointment, patient with my indecisiveness (sorry Don! Lol), professional and friendly. I went to a couple other mattress stores that day and decided to go with him because of the atmosphere he provides. The loan process was also effortless and quick. Would highly recommend anyone to go here who is in the market for a new bed ????

Couldn't ask for a better place to get our very comfortable king size bed than here. We had the best customer service. We were explained the difference between mattresses. It was nice to not feel we were being pushed to get the most expensive matress. We were even told about the best place to get a platform frame. Excellent place!
