“My husband paid for delivery service. I went to pick up the kids from school and when i came home there was a note in the garage door opener (easy to miss) notifying to call for pick up, although my husband paid for delivery. They informed they cannot come back to the house. I informed I cannot come pick up the flowers. I asked them why they weren't prepared to leave them at the house. The woman asked "prepared for what, how am i supposed to know if you are home or not?" Many flower companies are prepared to leave flowers at the door if the recipient is not immediately available. I advised she give a refund, and she said she could not. BE CAUTIOUS BEFORE ORDERING to clarify what the expectations are if the recipient is not home at time of delivery.2/15 - Update that we were later able to get a refund.”

“I don't write too many reviews (don't really have time) but this business truly deserves my time and yours. Last Saturday We got off to a rocky start. Weather had a role in the delivery process and I wasn't very satisfied with the product that was delivered. Don't get me wrong, It was pretty (what flower arrangement isn't pretty) but wasn't exactly what I was expecting. Now here comes the "it factor" that separates Flowerama from any other flower shop I have ordered from before. On Monday I called and voiced my concerns. The person answering the phone, Kyle, (who happened to be the owner) gave me his personal cell number and asked me to I send a picture of what was delivered and I also sent a picture of what I thought I was getting. Less than a minute later, Kyle responded with a resolution which was more than satisfactory. The second arrangement was STUNNING! Beyond my expectations! Mistakes happen, we all know that, but great customer service is how they step up and handle the little things. Bravo to Flowerama and Kyle. I highly recommend this business.”
