My experience at Gandrud was exceptional from the time Connor greeted us outside until the time i drove away with my 2023 Compass Trail Hawk ?The following morning i received a call from Connor asking how we liked the jeep and if i had any questions…Connor is a very patient salesman and not pushy, lots of fun to make a very nervous time relaxing!!!!

Ran into a problem with my last appointment. Somehow, the parts needed were not available on the day my appointment was scheduled. Hey, things happen. The impressive part is how Gandrud responded to the mistake and made things right. Instead of taking a chance on parts availability from Chrysler, they called around and got the needed parts from another dealership parts department. They then gave me priority scheduling and got my service request done the very next day. BRAVO Gandrud! That is how you respond to an unfortunate circomstance and I appreciate your efforts very much. This is the type of service that has made me a loyal Gandrud customer for the past 15 years. Thank you.

Perfect experience with Mike and Otis on the purchase of my Jeep. I purchased online from a couple of hours away and they were incredibly prompt in replying to my questions and concerns, no weird unnecessary charges added to the price and the price was completely accurate, as advertised. I was getting weary of online prices that had every possible, but unlikely, discount as a teaser price. Gandrud’s price was fair and all upfront. Kudos to the entire store for a pleasant delivery experience, I would definitely contact them again!

Quick and thorough service. Wish they would run your vehicle through a car wash like some other local dealerships. Difficulty in utilizing the “coupon” for oil changes. Difficulty scheduling (I called and apparently that’s a big no no), which if you want to schedule online why aren’t you linked in with the Ram Connect app.

Connor was very helpful in helping me find my 2017 Chevy Impala. The process was pretty smooth and I was able to close on the car within days of taking it for a test drive. Coming from Milwaukee, Connor made it really easy to drive off with my new car!

A routine oil change and checks. Everything checked out fine! I do wonder why synthetic oil was used instead of regular (and cheaper) oil. My husband brought our truck in a few weeks ago and synthetic oil was also used.

Overall excellent buying experience. They had the vehicle I wanted minus just a couple features. I was satisfied with the price although I was hoping they could have added in a couple hundered dollars worth of accessories since the vehicle was on the lot for almost 2 months. The good news is that the advertised price was the bottom dollar already so no negotiating had to take place. Definitely a no-pressure sales and I like that the salesmen are not on commission. Paid cash for the vehicle and wrapped up the final paperwork in less than 20 minutes. Very professional and organized sales team.

I came here looking for a jeep and I had called before hand because I was coming from an hour away and I talked to one of the salesmen and he told me when I get there to come find him and we can take the jeep I described out on a test ride and he had also told me my jeep was on sale. I was so excited! I get in there and I'm with my 3 year old son and I request the guy I talked to and he was just sitting on his computer and he said hold on let me talk to my manager and comes back and says "I'm actually busy right now, you can go with him." I turned around and all the guys were staring at me and as soon as I turned around they all quickly turned their heads. I felt so disrespected. So I took my son and left and it was clear I wasn't happy with what had just happened. The sales lady Lynette asked me to come back and give her a chance, so I did. We test rode the jeep I wanted and I told her that Dylan had said that this jeep was on sale, and she was like no I don't know why he would say that, and she asked him and he called me a liar told her that we never even talked about a specific vehicle. She had told me that and I was speechless. I really wanted the vehicle so regardless, I continued on with this process. I had shared my concerns about a few things and I told her I wanted my questions answered before they ran my credit and by this point I had already filled out all the paperwork because she was pushing and pushing me to fill it out, pushing me to put the $500 down even though I told her I was uncomfortable doing it at this point and I should've just walked away. I told her that I was going to work with my credit union first before I let them run my credit and I was waiting on the answers that they said they were going to get me. The next morning I texted her and told her that my credit union is going to work with me, and five minutes later I get a notification that my credit was just ran through the dealership even though I requested them not to run it. I asked her if she ran my credit and she called me and told me that they did and I asked her why because I thought we had an agreement that they wouldn't run it until I got my answers until I talk to my credit union. she was really rude and disrespectful about it. And I said OK well we'll just work with the situation and figure it out from there because I really want this jeep. About 20 minutes later after I talked with her, the manager calls and says we can't help you with your jeep. You're gonna have to go somewhere else we can't make you happy and I had no idea what was going on or why especially with the experience that I already had. I thought that they would try to make it right but no they ran my credit and basically told me to get lost. I had just totaled my vehicle a few days before that and I told them that my jeep loan is still out on my other jeep, and that was one of the concerns I had about running my credit and they said it's no problem we can work with you and I still was hesitant and they did not listen to anything that I said they pushed me and pressured me. I will never do business with them and I recommend going to a different dealership. Especially if you're a woman. The had no remorse for running my credit after I asked them not to. They simply didn't care they put a hard inquiry on my credit. Very unhappy and I reported them to the BBB.

Came in for an oil change, got me in and through fairly quick for a Saturday. Representative was nice. Only downside is I think it's ridiculous to charge a credit card fee. Because of that I give 4 stars

I had an amazing experience buying my car here! When we were test driving vehicles the lady we worked with was very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all our questions. She was amazing to work with. They were gave me the best deal in the city on my trade in too. Highly recommend only buying from Gandrud!

Dylon was excellent! He made sure I was comfortable with the pricing and my choice of vehicle. He went out of his way to make sure my new beautiful Jeep was clean even know they had already closed for the day. Then we came back a few days later and they had it fully detailed for us. Just awesome!

This really is the best place we've found to have our Dodge Ram serviced at. We travel quite a lot but we go out of our way to have it serviced there in Wisconsin because of the unbelievably good customer service we get there. It is better than the dealerships we used to take it to in CA. A few years ago we even drove the truck that we had at the time to this dealership to have it repaired when the one in NM we took it to couldn't get it fixed and also had terrible customer service. We live in NM primarily but try to use this dealership on our trips to MI so that we can avoid having it worked on at other dealerships. I always recommend this place to friends because I know they will be happy. I'm not kidding then I say that the service there is always excellent.
