I don't like to be robbed just to make sure that my wife has a car or suv I should have been paying more attention but got caught up in seeing my wife happy but we ended up getting a 2014 pathfinder for 18,000 when the suv was only worth 13,000 so just know your stuff if you decide to get a car or suv/truck from byrider don't get robbed like me.

Everyone at Byrider was really friendly and had great information! Brandon being the first face we saw was friendly, got us right in and we were a little late but that was no problem! Next we spoke with Jim. He had even more information for us and went through everything using easy to follow words and guidance. Overall our experience here is one of the best!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my Byrider experience. I got my car a few months ago and have had nothing but issues. I have driven it for less than 3000 miles and I've had to have it fixed twice. keep in mind when I got the vehicle they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and it was in perfect condition with only one previous owner. They stated this information even though when I got my vehicle they did not have a mechanic. I drove my vehicle for less than 1000 miles and a sensor went out, causing the car to completely shut down and I get sensors can go out at any time but I ended up having to pay $200 to get that fixed. Then not even driving it for 3000 miles my battery died completely and no nothing was left on, it just died out of nowhere and when I asked how that could be when I was told that everything was in perfect condition so I shouldn't of had a dead battery. He said well your car must be using up more battery than what is being put back into it which doesn't make any sense because I have three jobs that I drive back-and-forth to so even with the amount of battery that is taken to start my vehicle I still drive at least 15 maybe 20 minutes one-way so how does that make sense and to add to all of this every single time that I have taken my car in to get fixed I don't get a call telling me it is completed. The first time I had to bring my car in for the sensor. I waited a week before I found out that my car has been done this whole time. The first time I brought my car in as well I called to ask if the tow truck had dropped off my car because I wasn't home to see if the tow company picked it up. I just got a message asking if it did, and they said oh yeah its here. I got home later that night, and my car was still there so it had not arrived like they said, and they didn't even look. Now for staff everyone I met when I was purchasing a car were very friendly when I bought my car but when my car broke down the first time and I told them how ridiculous it was for me to pay $200 for a sensor when the sensor itself was maybe 40 $50 so the rest was the labor after driving my car for less than 1000 miles and then not getting a notification that it was done. The receptionist just laughed at me and said sorry that's unfortunate and then when I was talking to the mechanic about how upset I was that the car was just breaking down left and right after not even driving it for 3000 miles, he said yeah that's what warranties are for even though the items that were breaking down that I was told were perfectly fine aren't covered under that warranty. And then another person that I had to deal with there would be whoever took over my case. When the previous person I was going through left. This person texted me saying hi my name is so-and-so and I am the new person on your case how is your experience with your car, I proceeded to tell them everything I've had to deal with with my car and I never got a single response.

The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. Bailey was knowledgeable about the vehicles that she showed us and very friendly as my son decided which vehicle he wanted to go with. I recommended that my husband come to this store just based on the experienced I had with my son.

My experience with Bailey my salesperson was positive. She was personable and knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of working with Jim, the general manager. Again, very helpful. Unfortunately, my experience the next day with Chris, the manager was horrible! He was very in your face and made sure not only that he was in charge, not Jim, but also that he was right and I was wrong. But, Bailey was a pleasure to work with.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life, I just called to ask a simple question about what I needed to bring the day before my appointment, a long with a concern I had with a paystub that could potentially be an issue. I believe the guys name I spoke with was George and he was a total jerk, extremely confrontational and got personal when he was explaining things to me about my bad past, the way I thought, and went on to talk down to me. I heard good things about by rider and trusted them with my poor credit, and missed past payments and he just threw it right back in my face. Absolutely uncalled for, and extremely unprofessional stay away at all cost. They will make you feel like a piece of dirt.

Jason and his associates are friendly and helpful. Interest is really high, but their customers are high risk, and I'm rebuilding my credit, so best to pay over minimum.

Jason was an amazing help in getting me in a new 2013 mazda 6 he promised it wouldn’t take too long and I took his word for it, the whole process took a little less then 1-2 hours but at the end of the day I was a satisfied customer and happy to drive home a new vehicle ! Thank you again Jason!
