“My boyfriend and I had bought three movies from Redbox to try something other than family video. Well the day after we tried returning them and the machine was frozen due to a snow storm we were getting. So I had called them and told them about the issue and they stated that if we call them before we return them once the machine was fixed that they wouldn't charge for a late fee. Well the machine has been broken for almost a week and just got back up and running and so I had called them and told them that the machine was broken all week and they said that it was fine and that we wouldn't get charged but this morning my boyfriend looked at his bank statement and saw that they charged us 56 dollars in late fees even after we had triple checked that we wouldn't get charged. We will never ever go back to another redbox again because all they do is lie to their customers and screw them over in late fees if THEIR OWN MACHINES ARE BROKEN.”
