We have banked with nicolet since they took over Baylake and nothing really bad to say. The reason for the review is we just did a refi on our house and dealt with Dana and she could teach a class on customer support. Any questions we had were answered as quickly as possible and great communication during the whole process with no surprises.

Trish Wirth is just plain amazing! Earlier this year I was going through a difficult situation and getting the run around at the Nicolet Duck Creek location. Thank goodness I stopped at the downtown location and was referred to Trish Wirth. Trish was more than happy to help me through my difficult situation. She is extremely well versed in all aspects of banking and seems to genuinely care about people. Nicolet Bank is lucky to have her.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. I was told that the bank would consider the history of the business I bought and ran me through the process. I waited about two weeks only to find out Brandon never did anything to work with me. I called and left a message and then only after that my credit was hit with a hard inquiry by Nicolet Bank. I received a call about 2 hours later from Brandon telling me he checked with underwriting and wanted to see a longer history of me with my company. After pressing Brandon he admitted he did nothing with my information and was just giving me an answer to go away. If you treat people like this who are not even with your bank, I would hate to see how you treat your actual customers. I went to US Bank and the process was smooth and they considered the business history and I now have another truck in my fleet to better service my customers.

I am a current Nicolet banking customer myself and it's a great place to start banking if it's either for yourself or for a mortgage or business. The staff is very friendly and very helpful and Nicolet bank makes banking easy to use and the services they offer are great and i'd highly recommend them to family and friends.

Nicolet has great customer service at every single interaction. Mike Van Erman is our banker and delivers whenever we need him. We have my business accounts and our mortgage with Nicolet.

First our debit card was compromised and going to the bank with documents in hand was no help. We were told the money was going to be back in our account that day. Well, that was the 27 of December and today is January 3rd and we finally got the problem resolved to the point where the money was refunded to us. We were told to call the merchants that filed the charges and see if they would refund the money, right! Actually one of them did and the other is providing us with the address and invoice information so we can file charges with the police. Michelle was a huge help and Tom Zellner got the ball rolling in the right direction. I cannot thank you all enough, maybe I can actually sleep tonight. If I had to change anything with the bank I think it would be that the tellers try not to handle things they know nothing about. It pays to go over their heads.

Turn over has been seamless for me. I have four accounts and a HELOC and everything is working well.
