Went to Paws & Co. first time today with my little Shih tzu! I am so impressed with the pleasantatmosphere & caring staff taking time to answer any questions I had. Dr. Mau was gentle with my puppy and we will Definitely return for neutering.

Beware! If you ask any wellness questions at your wellness visit you will be charged a $50 "consult" fee! I will never be back and will make sure anyone I know does NOT go there! I was also told by the vet to ask another vet I have for a different cat to change a prescription food to essentially accommodate the cat I had at paws and co! Unreal!! 0 STARS!!!!!

Called today to ask if they were able to do a vaccination for my dog since my primary vet was booked out. Women on the phone interrupts me while asking that question with “unfortunately I’m going to stop you” and proceeded to tell me they’re booked out. I understand everywhere is busy, I was only calling because I was referred (which should be a good thing but in this case, I begged a differ). There was a nicer way to go about answering that after the customer finishes asking. Do better….

They were great for immunizations and well checks, but when you have an emergency they don't care. "We can get you an appointment in June." Seriously?.....My cat couldn't even stand up on his back legs. He got in a fight with another animal a couple days before. I took him to the animal hospital and was told if I wouldn't have taken him in, he would have died within the next 2 days.I called Paws and company and told them what occurred and they said we should have explained that to them. Ugh! Stay away from Paws and Co.

They would not work with me re. declaring our cat. Their wt. limit is 9#. Ours weighed 9.04# with his flea collar on.He developed tremors 2 weeks after his rabies & distemper vax. I requested not to have the distemper booster incase it would make his tremors worse. They tried to tell me it was against the law not to give it to him, which is a downright lie. Rabies is required. I should think I have a right to refuse a treatment. I will never go back!

Excellent and efficient [quick] care at a very affordable price. Amazingly, they provide those things while being very compassionate towards my pets.

We took our dogs here to get vaccinations and medicine for one dog with an ear infection. Everyone treated the dogs well. No complaints.

If you have a nervous / fear reactive dog, this is not the place for you or your dog. We had a very traumatizing experience taking our dog here. Overall nice and friendly staff, and very affordable, so 2 stars for that. But not at all educated on how to deal with anxious / nervous/ reactive dogs.

I called to let them know I’d be 5 minutes late, but I was on my way - literally on main st, and they refused to see my pup claiming they had back to back appointments even though we still had 10 minutes left in his 15 minutes appointment time. So the vet was just taking a “break” during his scheduled appointment time that we already paid $40 for.

I came here for the first time today with my girl, Jetta! Every staff I encountered was so kind. Jetta was extremely nervous coming in and all of the staff were so patient and sweet to her. The nurses were awesome! They took their time getting to know Jetta, gave her lots of treats and love and spent all the time Jetta needed before doing the poking! We are sad that we could not get our vaccines today as Jetta was really looking forward to going back to day care tomorrow. However, we are grateful that they are doing the proper testing to make sure she is healthy and well before giving her the vaccines. We will definitely be back here!!Thanks to all of the great staff. From Jetta who is enjoying her pup cup for being the goodest girl at the vet today!

Our normal vet is overbooked all the time and sent us a vaccination reminder one month out of the due date but couldn't get us in for two months. That meant a month with no daycare or boarding for our dog during summer, which is a no-go. Thus, we called Paws & Co. for some quick vaccines and were able to get in quickly.Prices are pretty low in comparison to our normal vet, which was a nice perk, too.Biggest downside was that our normal vet pulls the dog to a back room for shots and we don't have to worry about it. Paws & Co. keeps you and the dog in the same room. Our pup did okay with shots but struggled with an oral vaccine and it was very unpleasant to be in the room for that.Overall, not a bad vet if you need one quick, but you also have to be okay with a no-frills experience.
