“Dr Sipes II is probably one of the best ONGYN's. I was a high risk pregnancy and first time mom and listened to all my concerns. I never felt like once he was trying to rush me out the door to see a next patient. I can't remember the name of his nurse. But I adored her. Dr Hayes who took care do the high risk part of my pregnancy was amazing. Yes he seems distant but that's just him being professional. He did great on monitoring my child's heart while still in utero. The labor and delivery nurses were amazing. I loved my day nurse. She kept things calm and relaxing for my husband and I as we waited for the baby to arrive. They took such good care of my little one after birth as well. I loved how they had tuna in every room so you could take a bath if you wanted before or after birth. Their rooms are very nice in labor and delivery as well. This hospital is one of my favorites. As weird as that sounds. Their staff is nice and helpful.”

“I have been using this pharmacy since Target opened in 2001. The pharmacists are nice and always go over everything with me for new medications and answer any questions I may have. I've gone in to pick up post-surgery meds and then when I come back the next week for a regular RX refill the employees ask how I'm feeling and genuinely seem to care. They always ask me for my phone number for the CVS rewards, which I know they don't have to do so I really appreciate it since I usually forget. When there are issues getting a medication covered by insurance they reach out to my doctor for help. One time an associate went online and looked up a payment assistance program for me, saving me $600/month on a medication that my insurance wouldn't cover. When I call they answer within the first few rings or if I opt to leave a voicemail I always get a call back within the next business day, if not the same day.”

You have to park on the far side of the building to get tires done. There’s a door that takes you inside, but now you can not use it. You have to walk around the building. There’s a blind corner and no sidewalks. It’s a long distance for anyone who has any kind of disability. Who ever made this change clearly does not care for the safety of its customers in anyway!”

“I started going to this pharmacy because the Walgreens I used to go to on University sucked. Like really badly. Like one time Walgreens gave me somebody else's prescription badly.This CVS though, has never once screwed anything up. I literally just stopped there to pick up my meds and it was the most painless experience ever I was out of the drive-through in 5 minutes I can't believe how well organized they are and how well this CVS runs. I am constantly impressed with their service and their staff and I couldn't recommend them more.”

“Location is perfect for quick access, and is centrally located near other businesses I frequent, so I rarely need to go out of the way to get most of my pharma needs. Much like an old neighborhood drug store they have just enough everyday household items that they often save me unnecessary trips to the big box store to find a new padlock or a new fragrance free downy that is friendly to sensitive "fussy" skin types like myself, for example! I also appreciate that their app sends timely notifications alerting me to some new deals as I pull into the parking lot. Makes me comfortable that they take data privacy seriously in that they use the location access responsibly and to help me maximize the value while I'm shopping their store. Now if only my headphones sunglasses and phone wouldn't constantly want to jump out if my hands and roll behind the registers, this could easily hit all stars! ;)”

“I simply picked up my prescription from my dentist. This was my first ever use of the CVS pharmacy. All went very smooth. The staff seemed very happy to have me as a customer and my prescription was ready before I finished the simple registering as a customer.”

“I signed up for Sam's after getting an awesome coupon in the mail. For me as a single person, I don't know that I would get enough stuff to make up for the price of the membership. I do like the store overall and the self checkout is by far the fastest, easiest, and nicest I ever used. Sam's has an excellent selection of products and the prices are good. I guess it depends if you want large quantities of everything you buy. Only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because the employees aren't the friendliest. Costco has such friendly employees and Sam's you hardly get the time of day from the employees and the ones at the entrance and exit are many times crabby.”

“My local CVS has fantastic customer service. Going there is always a pleasant experience. Today they helped me understand my insurance health benefits card. My health insurance company was very unclear as to how to use. CVS store clerk knew exactly how to use them, which card was for doctor visits and which card could be used for medical products. THANK YOU!!”

“So thankful to have a compounding pharmacy in GB.HOWEVER, the new pharmacist(Brittany) is quite rude. She's very short and snippy in her answers. She yelled "WHAT?! I can't hear you" at me when I was 2 words into my sentence. She's just not friendly at all like John always is. If I wanted to be yelled at, I'd go to Walgreens.”

“Great pharmacy always has my prescriptions filled in a very timely manner. Pharmacy staff is always pleasant, nice, and helpful. Drive thru always open, I usually don’t ever encounter a very long line at all. I’ve had nothing but great experience using this pharmacy!”

“I really only use this pharmacy primarily because it is 24 hours and it's the closest for me. I've had pretty much all positive experiences with this pharmacy. They are pretty busy most of the time but I believe that is due to their location mainly, and it's not their fault necessarily so I did not take off stars for that. The reason I took off a star is because a few months ago when I filled one of my prescriptions there, they only dispensed half the quantity it was allotted for (dispensed 30 tabs when my prescription was for 60 tabs). And this case was particularly important as this was for a controlled medication as well. It might seem odd that I didn't notice immediately but I suppose people get so used to just trusting the pharmacy and it was placed in a smaller bottle (which I didn't really take notice to because they sometimes use huge bottles for the smallest prescriptions) but therefore because the bottle was full, I didn't really take notice. However, a few days later I knew something was wrong when I thought to myself, "Why does it look like I'm getting low on my prescription when I definitely should not be?" and I called the pharmacy and spoke to them about it. Long story short, they had me bring in the bottle and then they did end up resolving the issue and taking care of it, thank goodness. (So I'm only taking off one star because they did address it). However, filling a prescription with that big of a shortage, especially it being a controlled medication is a pretty huge error and I mean they addressed the issue as in filling the remainder of the prescription however, they really almost just brushed it off like it was no big deal. And yes, that is a big deal. I never received an apology or even any acknowledgement of the error on their part, which I thought was very poor customer service. Also, when I went in to receive the remainder of my prescription they were just not very nice in general that time especially, it was a very odd experience, really. It did not sit well with me. I will get my other random prescriptions filled from there because the proximity is convenient, however, I refill that prescription and any other controlled prescriptions at another Walgreens now because of that incident.”

“I have been going here since Shopko closed. The folks here go out of theirway to get the lowest price for the prescription. They scan multiple discount free cards and many times the price they find is lower than personal insurance! This goes for meds needed by your dog/cat also. If the med is a human also med, here is where you want to come. The folks are extremely friendly.”
