“Today 1/12/24 - during a snowstorm I swung by The Heel to see if I could run in and find a good sandal for my arthritic feet. About 1.5 hrs later and with 5 pairs of new shoes I found what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle - I believe she was an assistant manager. She ran all over the store trying to find me the best fit show - and I bet she brought me 15-20 different pairs to see what made my feet feel good in the shoe I was trying. She spent time trying to understand my needs, listening to the different feel of each shoe to identify the specific area of my foot was being impacted by the different types of shoes - be it high arches, metatarsal needs, and more. We landed on what I believe to be a great fit and I was able to find a casual sandal, tennis shoe, house shoe, casual trending walking shoe and pool shoes! I haven't bought myself a pair of shoes in years - so this was a gift to myself! Thank you so much Michelle for you outstanding service, patience, knowledge and care of me. I will be back to build my shoe list too!”

“I have been looking for the Hey Dudes Wendy Milky Way White (cow print) shoe in a ladies size 11 for a gift and have been hitting all kinds of out of stock in that size. I even called Door County and looked at NC stores I visited.I decided to give Tradehome Shoes a shot even though the website said that the sizes 10 and 11 were no longer available. Called the Madison West side store and talked to Nate, the manager. He found a size 11 in Green Bay-YAY, but it would cost $10 more to ship to me.I called the GB Store and spoke to Russ. He gave me the price and said shipping was free!! Bonus...any order over $50 is free...He wasn't allowed to take my order with a credit card, new company policy. Thank you RUSS for working with me to figure out how to get the order placed. Nice to have people working together.Called the East Towne store and spoke to Eric. He provided the BEST customer service, just like Russ. He explained the change in policy and what I could do to place the order. Confirmed a few things with him, and we placed my order. I am so happy with the service I received at the East Town store, and will go back with any of my shoe needs in the future.Thank you, RUSS & ERIC Because of you, a young lady will have an unexpected gift under the tree this year...if I can keep them from her that long... :)”

“Being an old guy with feet that have lots of experience, I need a pair of boots for work and recreation. I ended up making three trips to the store trying to find a boot that would meet my needs. Their staff was tremendous. Beth spent the most time with me and must have went back to the stockroom 50 times for boots. Her knowledge of how boots should fit, her observations of me walking in the boots finely led me to a pair that fit like a glove; support my body and feet standing and teaching all day; and will protect me on the open road on my motorcycle. Not to mention the shopping my wife will put me through when we reach our destination. Thank you Beth. Thank you Red Wing”

“I went here for safety shoes and it was an excellent experience. Emma helped me with superb knowledge of what I requested in comfort for shoes. She got me a pair of shoes that fit perfectly on the first try, a brand I never bought before in my entire life. She also had personal experience with this particular brand. I got this pair and we had a pleasant, meaningful conversation that was quite delightful at checkout. It was a good deal for me and I was out of the store with a smile in less than 15 minutes, less time than I imagined! The store is clean and in order, the employees VERY attentive and knowledgeable. “I had an amazing experience at this location this week. I wanted to add to my closet and let me tell you that they have beautiful clothes here. Katelyn and Ava were professional, fun and honest. They made me feel welcomed and helped to find pieces that would suit my body. I will come back not only beacuse of your clothing line but because of these ladies and their customer service also how clean and organized the store was. Today it's hard to find customer serice oriented workers and these two ladies were outstanding and demonstrate all the leadership qualities that If I had my own shop I would employee immediately. “Went in today with my daughter. She’s 25 and I’m 55. We both found things we loved. Great understated neutrals for me and edgy style for her. Adorably decorated, airy and roomy shop. Very friendly and personable people working there. We are used to shopping in larger cities and this is right up there with variety and quality. We will be back!”

“There employees are good at there job and they have great shoes with great prices. But I don't know if there's a problem with my email but I've spent over $500 and I havny gotten any rewards for my reward card yet and they told me for every $200 we spend we will get a disscount on a shoe that's over $100 but I never got any rewards”
