Excellent customer service. I had a complete install of an LG OLED TV, Sonos sound bar, and Mantel Mount above a brick fireplace done by Sound World's install team. They were on time, completed the install quickly, and helped me understand how to use the products. It was worth the money. Highly recommend!

So here is my long history with Sound World - most of which I kept to myself until recently with the straw that broke the camel's back. Now I shall tell all. We had Sound World install a home theater system and multi-room sound system in our house roughly 8 years ago. Overall the installation was good until I caught the installer drilling a large hole in the ceiling and stapling a large cable along the entry door from the garage (had they discussed options with me first, I would have informed them that we had a chase installed for the purpose of running cables to the attic). I was also unimpressed when he seemed oblivious to the multiple black fingerprint smudges on the ceiling when he installed the speakers. We later had a receiver go bad which they replaced under warranty. Turns out the replacement was used (I found this out when I was programming it and found someone else's internet info stored in it). Fast forward to 2020. With technological changes since our initial installation, we wanted to make some modifications to our system so I stopped by their store to schedule an appointment. They wouldn't even pencil me into their appointment book (2 months out) without a credit card on file! I can understand confirming payment arrangements prior to sending a technician an hour away, but how about taking care of it with a phone call while verifying the appointment perhaps the day before the scheduled installation date? To be unwilling to even schedule an appointment without a credit card on file was absolutely insulting to me - especially after we had previously spent $12,000+ with them!!! I told them as much and told them I would look elsewhere. Now for the straw.... We needed a new bulb for our projector. It seems it is something we have to order from a dealer so I contacted Sound World early on December 27. I was told someone would get back to me. By the afternoon of the 28th, I had not heard back. After an internet search, I found a company called Jaspertronics. I called them, gave them my make/model number and they knew what bulb I needed within seconds. I received my order from them on the 30th. Jaspertronics provided me with excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service. Those are the qualities Sound World is lacking. 24 days and counting - I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK from Sound World!! I obviously don't recommend them.

Went to get a remote start as well as my factory speakers replaced and subs. I definitely got what I wanted, the only reason I gave it a 4 star is because it was a bit pricey. With that being said...I'd still recommend them to people especially if Jake is still working there

Waste of 2 hours!!! No follow through, never supplied an estimate, never showed once agreed. Horrible customer service. No call backs when contacted to see why they pulled a no call no show. Never again!

They close at 1800. I called at 1755. Already, Sound World, Green Bay, voice-mail saying closed. PUHHHHH.....THETIC. Shame on you. You just lost $500 in business, so did Best Buy cuz I had a 10 minute hold time. SHAME ON YOU!!! MR OWNER.....$ - 400 in your .... wait... not in your pocket

Tried to get speakers for my suv. they told me they were a special size that they would have to make a custom bracket for and would not do the install. it's been awhile since I've been into aftermarket car audio, but I believe 6.5 inch and 6x9 inch speaker sizes are pretty common

I went to sound world of green bay looking to upgrade the audio in my car. Jake was super knowledgeable and really knows his stuff when it comes to car audio. he definitely steered me in the right direction during the whole process. when all was said and done I had a great overall experience working with Jake and everyone else over at sound world. 10/10 would recommend sound world to anyone looking to upgrade their home or car audio systems. this is now my go to place for anything home or car audio.
