Tried calling both stores but it goes to the same line. I want to donate some furniture but I guess they don’t want it. Colleen isn’t there and her voicemail is full so there is no way to schedule a pickup. Guess it’s going to the dump when the city does large item pickup. No wonder there was almost no furniture in here the last time I went.

Way over priced. Not a place to flip items. They research every pc and tag with EBay prices. Researched several things and sure enough it was priced in sold section. Went to both locations In GreenBay. The first one had a very rude worker older lady. She had pulled a cart of stuff from back. I seen item I picked it out put my cart. She took it out of my cart and says she decorates with them. I was shocked. The few items I had I left the cart next to her. I told there was a few more items she could use. Just very rude.

Great store. High prices. One Christmas ornament for $12.99. I hate when they have Ebay prices at a thrift store like this.

Pricy. Not like the East side at all. Unfriendly help. Will not shop here again. Years back it was nicer and cheaper.

I would never donate to this store again! I donated some nice apparel items to this store just for them to sell the items on eBay for profit! They don’t care about people in the community that can’t afford nice items! Get a free jacket and charge $50+ for it! A bunch of crooks!

Was here on 1/27 and the one cashier lady that was ringing us up was absolutely rude as hell. Made US take everything out of the basket and was entirely rude about it. Rolling her eyes the whole time. Poor customer service. Probably won't be back.

Used to love going here but since they hiked their prices on anything they thought could be valuable or slightly vintage and set products out in the store (that are unavailable to actually BUY in store) solely to advertise for their ebay auctions, it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth. It starts to feel like it's more for profit than staying true to the purpose and spirit of a thrift store, which is to help others who may not be able to buy these things normally. A big part of that is making things accessible, and when you restrict things to ebay auctions and $25+ for purses that arent even big brand names or $15 for a mixing bowl it starts to feel quite greedy.

First time ever here, I easily could have spent the whole day here. It is well organized, especially the books, awesome prices too. They did not have much furniture at all, and another cashier would be great. I only had 3 items, and was stuck behind a lady with over 100.00 in clothes in her cart, a second cashier would have helped the long line that happened due to the lady having so many purchases. I didn’t shop the clothing section at all, so I can’t comment on that, but the lady in front of me sure found a lot, so I’m sure it’s good! I didn’t have much because when my husband saw how much stuff was here, he rushed me through because we probably would have been there until tomorrow if he didn’t.

The lady cashier 10/22 @ 1:30 has just awful customer service skills…. literally dumped my items out of my basket on the counter (some were fragile items) instead of grabbing items out. Then she doesn’t even bag the items ( like really I’m going to carry small & big items in my arms to car ) I have to tell her to bag them. Then I didn’t grab my basket on the way out to put back ( didn’t know I was supposed to) when I hear YELLING, “ma’am !” Continuously As I’m half way out the door and she tells me to put the basket back in a rude tone.Only good thing is I got some decent priced items. As far a customer service ??

a classic thrift store. the items are a grab bag, the prices are low, and you never know what you'll find. i always enjoy coming here. sure it's not the cleanest or more organized place ever, but that's just a part of the thrift store experience! the prices are very fair and we've found a lot of good items here. particularly they have a lot of good and fairly priced furniture; i got a very large (about 3'x4') and heavy (well made) mirror for only $10. 10/10 would thrift again
