“This dealership is one of the best shop's I've ever delt with people are so professional. I've been using this shop for about 14yrs im from North Carolina and come all the way here to get most major work done I've exceed over a 1million miles on my paccar mx13 with the craftsmanship these guys provided .Just to name a few Mike , Tyler, josh, Alex , and kevin in parts and Amand ,Terry, Nancy ,Ms Alice are some wonderful people to work with .Truly everyone there are great that I've can in contact with .Patrick parts manager great guy there should be more shop's like this around the country. “If you stopped using the Main Street Unhaul and Storage Facility atAny point in the last few years... I'm here to tell you ITS SAFE TO GO HOME NOW! New management and a new energy has done wonders. Chelsey has done a complete 180 with this location. And Sara and Chelsey together are a U-Haul customers dream team duo! I rent from U-Haul about 8 times a year for projects and I ran into multiple issues with previous managment that was time consuming to say the least. This is my second time working with these two and I honestly could not be happier. They WILL RAPIDLY SOLVE YOUR ISSUES, without blaming you for them or using a condensending tone with you.Cheers to U-Haul for massively leveling up your Main St location! Thank you! “Good parts people. I’ve had one call that turned into a nightmare, but I think the guy was new. Took days to get prices and availability on parts. But every other time I’ve called or visited for heavy duty Int’l parts I’ve gotten great service. It’s nice that, even though I don’t buy a large amount of parts, they still know my name and remember who I am. I always appreciate personalized service, and Packer City is good at that. Highly recommend this place even if you only have a rough idea of what you’re looking for. They will find it for you!”
