“OMG! I just picked my car up from car star. I took it in because it had big dent in trunk by tail light and big dent in front passenger side fender plus numerous dings in doors. It's 10 years old but in excellent shape so was worth fixing. Carstar did beyond awesome job. Looks like when I first bought it. I would so recommend them any and Everytime. “When Honda was giving me issues with wanting their loaner vehicle back, Paul Luce (store manager of safelite Janesville) and Zach (safelite repair technician) worked with me to make things easy! Despite Honda telling me to move my vehicle out of their garage, Zach and his trainee came out and replaced my windshield in LESS THAN 30mins!!! My car was on, and my child was in the car throughout the entire process - which may seem small but for a customer that sometimes needs accommodations, it was truly an appreciated gesture for them to work regardless of the situation. Both of them were personable, respectful, caring, QUICK, knowledgeable, and great at what they do. They took a stressful situation and made it a great experience with laughter, jokes, and great results. 10/10 would recommend! I commend everyone I spoke to at safelite, as everyone was understanding and made my life easier. THANK YOU! ??”
