The website advertised two outside lagoons when I made the reservation. Neither were open when I arrived. I then went online at the check-in counter and showed the manager that their website still indicated both lagoons were open. He said he would contact management and I would get a call about a refund.... but no such call ever came. A few days later I messaged Natura, and they basically said, 'Too bad.'They falsely advertised and then took my money. We will be staying elsewhere going forward.--------------**In response to their reply (below): Their website did *not* say 'Memorial - Labor Day', that is false. I went online at the counter and showed them that it didn't. Plus, the two years previous it was open after Labor Day, which I know for sure because we stayed there after Labor Day. Even being 3-peat customers, they wouldn't work with us.

Staying here currently and went down to get ice and and this fell in my bucket of ice and I almost threw up instantly. Also went to ask for an extra blanket and one of the front desk ladies rudely told me no luckily the other lady went and gave me one without attitude also there’s no phone in the rooms so if you need something you have to go downstairs. We stayed at their other locations the aloha beach resort and it was wayyyyyy nicer kind of disappointed!!!! Not to mention we were told the wrong room number at check in

Well we haven’t even began our stay yet and are already having a negative experience. After reading all of the negative reviews and hidden charges and nightmare experiences, I opted to stay at a better hotel, especially because Expedia advertised 100% money back: buyer beware, not only do they charge a 39.99 fee per day, but a $25 fee to cancel. Management is rude and very difficult to understand because they speak extremely broken English and I couldn’t even understand what they were saying, as someone else pointed out below. Forget getting your money and back. They nickel and dime for anything, which is fine because I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company and will surely receive my money back, but you better believe I’ll be telling everyone that I know not to stay or book here. Word of mouth travels fast.

I can only speak to the "Escape XL Tiny house". We stayed early November 2023 so it was 30 to 40 degrees outside. The escape XL tiny house was plenty warm if you cranked up the heat. The issue is heat rises so if the kitchen and living room on the first level is warm, the loft is hot. I'd never stayed in a tiny house and I enjoyed it very much. One side of the loft has a king bed against one wall, the other side of the loft is a queen bed against the wall. The stairs were what you'd expect in a tiny house loft. The sheets were not at all deep enough to fit the thick mattress, so the bottom did creep up through the night, the bed was very comfortable. The couch in the living room pulls out. The bathroom and shower were bigger than I'd expect. We stayed in November so there were very few people around as the tree house cabins were closed. I will say that a tiny house isn't well soundproofed, so we could hear a lot of noise outside, but it didn't bother us. I think it would be very loud in the summer. Every window has blinds, and there are a ton of windows, it's like a fishbowl, which we also didn't mind.Full size oven and microwave, efficiency sized refrigerator and dishwasher, deep sink. There is a fire pit for each tiny house. In the winter, the outdoor pools are, of course, closed, but the indoor pool was open and looked nice. Check-in staff and cleaning staff were super nice. For $203 it was a little expensive for the Dells in the winter, but for the experience of a tiny house, it was worth it.When researching the property, I didn't see where the tiny houses were, they're right outside the hotel. I've attached some photos, the photo with the name of the tiny house is first, then a photo of the tiny house.

Rooms were decent bedding was clean. No phones in room kinda sucked and you can't watch NFL Gamez as they have Dish network.

Service is not existent most of the people working at the front desk don't even speak English the rooms are sub par at best pungent smells odors and raunchy fills the room after being in it for 1 or 2 hours, The only good part to it is the location it is Located in the middle of everything travel is very quick stayed in October for 4 nights would not do it again. Price is too high for the disheveled appearance this so called resort offers.

We went for a weekend getaway for my daughter’s birthday in August. When I found this resort online it seemed like it had a lot to offer, which is why I booked it, but the actual hotel experience was very disappointing. I booked a room with a Queen bed and bunk beds for my daughter and her friend. The only good things I will say about this place is that they have a nice play area and lagoon and are close to activities and the main strip. Also, you get free tickets to their Land of Natura park and the wildlife zoo. That being said, the room we got was not worth the price I paid.Rooms: I cannot speak for the conditions of the huts, mini homes or club houses they offer, but I do not recommend spending money on the hotel rooms. As soon as we walked in our building you notice the dingy carpet with stains and food crumbs all over the floor along with stains on the walls. Our room was not as expected. The second we walked in the room in stunk of some kind of potent mixture of nasty cleaning products or air fresheners mixed with chlorine. It was super pungent and very unpleasant. We couldn’t even open the window because there was no screen. The bathroom photo for the room I booked was one room with a long counter. The bathroom we got was the size of a closet with a tub/shower and toilet. The sink was on the outside of the bathroom and was very small with no counter space. The queen bed was fine, but the kids complained that the fitted sheets kept coming off the bunk bed mattresses and the mattresses had a plastic coating (which I guess I get for kids). Overall though, the beds were fine. But the room had cracks and stains on the walls, mildew and rust in areas of the bathroom. You could tell the air conditioner had been moved because they didn’t even patch the wall where it was. On top of the nasty smell, it wasn’t worth paying over $400 for the weekend to stay there.Nearby activities: The main strip is right down the road where you can park and just walk up and down checking out the activities and many shops. Pirates Cove mini golf and other attractions are also within the area.Walkability: Mt. Olympus and Top Secret are right across the street. The deer park, wildlife zoo, Ghost Outpost, Laser Ops, and The Lost Temple are walking distance.Food & drinks: I was pretty disappointed that for a resort they didn’t offer any kind of breakfast or room service or any food options included. Instead, they give you a 10% discount off your bill at their 2 restaurant location. Which we all know 10% is practically nothing and the restaurants were on the pricey side. We ended up going to affordable restaurants in the area and having to buy our own food for the room.Noteworthy details: The only good I can say is that this “resort” is in an excellent location. There is plenty to check out and everything you need is close by. That being said, you might be better off getting a room in a cheaper hotel if you’re going with that option. I the huts, club houses and mini homes on the property look cool, but I couldn’t tell you of their condition or if they are worth what you might pay.

The place was a great quick drive to all of the places we wanted to go. Pool and arcade were decent. Bunk beds were cool! The only downside to the rooms were that the TV was right in front of the only table in the room. My dad wouldn't stop eating his homemade salsa in front of the TV while watching tik toks at an uncomfortable volume. I was not able to enjoy Big Bang Theory whatsoever. The hot tub was very soothing.

We stayed in a cabin Friday - Sunday in September. It was clean and as described. The bathroom/shower building was clean and I'm working order on Friday night and during the day Saturday. By Sunday morning 2 of the toilets were stopped up, 1 door wouldn't open, 1 sink was clogged...leaving 4 working bathrooms for all of the cabins. There are 2 indoor pools that are not heated but clean. There are 2 indoor hot tubs...1 worked and 1 did not. There are also 2 dry saunas which worked as expected.Would stay here again with all the included free admissions to Timbavati and Land of Natura.

We stayed in the XL Tiny Home, 3 adults, 3 kids. Worked out great for space and location to access other places. Having access to their other locations for free is a HUGE plus. You are also in a good spot to use the Passport. We used it for 6 activities and they were all very close. The service was great! We lost power once on a hot day, and they fixed it within 10 minutes. Very responsive and helpful staff.Kids had a great time at Natura. They were exhausted every day from playing hard.

TIP: BRING YOUR OWN LIFE JACKETS!!!We visited Natura in early August. We had a good time EXCEPT for the life jacket situation. We got there early, picked up life jackets (no wait) and went on the inflatables. All was good until about noon when the place was packed. We took off our life jackets to get some lunch (about 15 mins). When we came back our life jackets were gone and we had to stand in line for 1.5 HOURS to get new ones. The family member we had watching our life jackets and belongings said that a worker came by and took them (against her protests). Lesson learned.

I called because there was Loud banging noise and the phone says dial O for operator and the messaging says " pls VISIT US ONLINE..."
