“Went in the other day looking for rollerblade wheels. Unfortunately they did not have those BUT the individual that worked there was so helpful in what I would need. I ended up purchasing some wheel bearings for my blades. The next day I ended up having to return them and the transaction was very easy. Also wanted to note that the customer service was top tier, he was happy to share knowledge with the experienced and not so experienced. Overall a great interaction and would highly recommend.”

“There's one lady that works here and I'm ashamed to say I do not know her name. She always has a smile on her face as she welcomes you in, she knows what type of shoe I'm looking for and what may work (I'm an amputee, so I sometimes have trouble finding shoes that work with both my feet). She is kind and helpful and the store is always clean when I go in to shop. If they don't have a shoe there she will call and try to find it for you. I really just wrote this bc she's a great person and I'm always happy to see her face when I go in. I just hope she knows she's making a difference, as I'm sure I'm not the only customer she has been so kind to at every visit.Even though this is a smaller version of their store, they have quite a bit of variety and wide width shoes. They make it easier to get on my prosthetic.Anyway, I wrote this bc her customer service skills are fantastic.”

“We love going into the Palisade Hibbett!!! Since my kids were younger that's where we always shopped but on this occasion the Gm and a female associate took the time out to help me and my 16 year old son find the shoes that he needed in order for them to get modified by a specialists!! My son and I have been in the paper and on the news because he was an innocent child of a shooting that has changed his life forever but he is truly a miracle to survive a gunshot to the head!! We were recognized by the female associate and the way they helped us with all our needs and also put a smile on my son's face and laughter in his heart means more than they know to me!!! Thank you all at Palisades Hibbetts!!!”
