*UPDATED* The spa contacted me and provided a full refund for my facial. Very professional and courteous of them.I'm giving two stars because the facility is nice, the pedicure was wonderful, but the overall experience was stressful and left myself and my guests with a bad first impression. Let me preface by saying I've been an owner/operator of a successful spa in Florida for 17 years, and leaving a critical review isn't something I take lightly.I had two facials scheduled at 11am, one facial at 12, and three pedicures at 1pm on Mothers Day. The morning of Mothers Day I awoke to a call from the spa at 7:20am requesting that I move one of the facials up an hour earlier than expected to 10am and another to much later at 3pm. They offered a 25% discount for the inconvenience, which was considerate. But the pressure to jump and run to get my friends to my house and on the road as quickly as possible and having such a huge gap between services was difficult, especially being as they're still not allowing food to be delivered to the spa.We live 2 hours away and made it there 15 minutes prior to the 10:00am service. I let my guests take the 10am and 11am 50 minute facials, both of which ended up being closer to 40 minutes as opposed to the advertised 50. We waited the rest of the day for my Oxygen facial, a service I've never experienced and was anticipating. The esthetician was friendly and personable. My facial felt like a basic facial - all products, no tools etc. When she concluded the facial I asked her what portion would have been the oxygen part. She gasped and seemed to be checking a schedule and apologized for the oversight because she performed a different facial instead of the scheduled one. Even after our discussion prior to starting the service where I mentioned that I was new to oxygen facials and she mentioned it would feel cool on my skin. I asked her if she could just do a quick once over with the oxygen and she said she didn't have time. I felt so disappointed. We waited all day for a facial I could've given myself. My esthetician apologetically told me to go by the desk in the lobby on the way out because there was a $20 + 15% gratuity owed back to me due to the cost of the service I received and the one I had booked (and was asked to prepay for prior to entering the spa which I found strange). We quietly packed up and stopped by the desk. Even with 3 employees behind the counter, I waited behind one guest for over 5 minutes to discuss the mistake with the service only to be offered a $10 refund and no genuine concern for my situation. I forfeited the miniscule offer for a quick exit. I really feel like the facial being moved so late in the day and not receiving it in the end was such a disappointment and the cost should have been refunded by half price if not fully.

All of the nail technicians, aestheticians, and massage therapists are great! The spa has separate and coed areas, nice areas to relax before and after services, with sauna and hot tubs.

This review is for the Market which is supposedly their buffet. I'm visiting from Cali and this is the worse buffet I have ever been to. It's not really a buffet. They have stations where you order food and the employees give it to you like in a fast food restaurant. They have an Italian station where they have pizzas, pasta etc. the best thing there was the tiramisu. Then there's an Asian station. Sushi rice was hard and cold n their sushi. Couldn't eat it. They have apps and the only thing good there was the crab Rangoon. I got wonton soup and it was god awful. Then another station clucks and something else. Fried heaven. Corn dogs, hot dogs, onion rings, chicken etc. another station with seafood. I had the fried oysters, clam strips and fried shrimp. I enjoyed the corn and oysters. Everything else was really bad. Other stations but I did not eat at, bbq station. They really need to take a look at this and make some big improvements. $75 for 3people was definitely NOT worth it. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE. I threw away the players card. Don't come if you're looking for food. Slots were tight! Not a great first time experience.

We made a quick stop here for a little gambling and enjoyed the location. Easy on and off the highway. The casino is filled with both newer and older games. Complimentary beverages for guests playing and pretty clean bathrooms. Very crowded for a Sunday evening when we visited. Some of the machines could use some updating. The music was on repeat and so loud the whole time we were there which was a downfall for us. It's also not the biggest casino, but you can easily get your fix here!

I absolutely love this place. Kryun ( I hope that I spelled her name correctly) was amazing with my massage. The rest of the spa staff were terrific and friendly. It was definite needed getaway for a mental health day. The amenities were great in the event that you needed anything.

Thinking I would enjoy a facial in Atmore I went with the renewal. The tech has lacking in technique and personality. When the facial was over I went to get up and the tech had rubbed oil in both my eyes. I had to be led to the restroom to flush my eyes and an emt brought eye drops. What was suppose to be a relaxing renewing experience turned into a small nightmare.

I've really enjoyed the comped spa appts, getting to know the employees and utilizing the spa amenities before or after different spa appointments such as massages and facials.I wish I had used all of my spa comps all the years I didn't!! Had no idea what I was missing!!Very clean, organized and orderly, well-stocked and safe. They offer lockers to store your personal belongings while you enjoy the spa. You'll be given a nice comfy robe, flip flops..all you need is your swimsuit!!!.. and have access to the sauna, steam room, changing room, restrooms, showers, state of the art whirlpool/jacuzzi with multiple jets and mini waterfalls, fruit juices, water, snacks(like chex mix with peanuts and pretzels), vanity mirrors. The spa is stocked with free lotions, hair products, razors, hair dryer, curling iron, hairstyle products, deodorant, qtips, cottonballs, an abundance of white towels, hand cloths, and even a swimsuit dryer.A beautiful, relaxing, fireplace and comfy couches and chairs to relax on while you snack and wait for your spa appts to wonderfully, relaxing, gentle spa and nature sounds...very timely as far as spa appts so don't be late so you hve time to change into your spa attire before your appts!!Wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable staff and even a gift shop should you want or need to purchase any products used in the spa or for gifts or poolside, outdoor events attire, cooking studio(which I still need to try) gift items, and so much more!! If you have comps or not, I highly recommend WCA spa and everything is relatively reasonably priced...you just pay upfront for any services that aren't comped as well as gratuity. Enjoy! I always do!! I will try to take more pics next time...truly so much more to see and do than what I have posted!!?? ✌️

I came to Wind Creek Atmore from Mobile, Alabama because I needed a pampering vacation. I was not coming there to gamble and never touched one single slot machine. I was looking forward to eating at their high-end steakhouse, spending some time in the spa and catch a movie before I left to come back home - and maybe do some bowling. I ended up leaving a day early and getting comped for my stay. So here's the problem with Wind Creek: They use covid as an excuse to shut down a lot of their amenities, refuse to open them back up (even though everything else is open back up) and they refuse to update their website so you don't know what's not available until you get there and have reserved the room and paid your money - and of course no price or rates have decreased as a result of all these closures. I reserved a King ultra bed. It's $189 a night, but we all know after taxes and fees, we're looking at over $200. As I stated before, several of the amenities were nonexistent. Case in point, I was supposed to be able to get room service. When I called it this morning, it was rerouted to someone's cell phone. There was no voicemail explaining why we couldn't reach them. I called the front desk and they said that they've been getting calls all morning about it and they don't know what's going on. Why they couldn't just go and ask? I then called valet and that poor child had to run up and down trying to find different people to help me. I was contacted by Courtney who was so professional as was everyone but I dealt with there. She comped my stay and we called it even. I came there Monday to leave Wednesday. It wasn't until after I got there that I realized there that the steakhouse that I was hoping to enjoy the night of my arrival wouldn't be open until Thursday. They have another buffet that has been closed for a year. That only leaves the smaller buffet with very few choices like fried foods and all of it is very unhealthy. It gave me heartburn well until this morning. When I couldn't get room service for breakfast, they told me if I wanted, I could go to the grill restaurant and get it from there. This was the same place that selling corn dogs and french fries. I'm not paying $200 a night for a room to eat corn dogs and french fries. I could have gone to Holiday Inn Express up the street and they would have had a continental breakfast for free waiting for me down at the lobby and I would have paid less money for the room. Then I would have had to have to get fully dressed to walk across the casino to get to this grill and I could not have gone in my sleeping clothes and flip-flops like I would be able to do at a regular hotel. The spa is disconnected from the hotel so you literally have to walk outside to get to it. That's absolutely ridiculous. We had freezing temperatures at night and I would have been in 40 degree weather so I couldn't just throw on some flip-flops and a tube top dress to go over there. You would have had to be fully clothed just to get there to completely undressed just to put on a robe just to turn around and get wet up in the steam room to turn around and take another shower at the spa to put your clothes back on to turn around and come back to the hotel. My hair would have been wet so I would have been able to enjoy the movie theater because they said they can't control the temperature and it's far too cold in there. Even though they did mention it on their website, they refuse to offer day passes since covid so you only get one hour before/after a service at the spa. If you are from Atmore, don't have the healthiest of diets and just come for the gambling, you will absolutely love it. There are more corn fritters and fish nuggets then you could ever fill in your belly. However, if you peruse their website and you want to go there for the A-Class treatment, you are wasting your time. Nothing's working, nothing's open and no one knows why. The only thing good about this place was the underp

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole spa zone! If you have only 1 service for yourself they allow you to enjoy the entire spa. The whirlpool & heated outdoor pool were very relaxing. There's also a cold plunge pool, sauna and outdoor pool. Beautiful esthetics & friendly staff too.

My kids got me a spa package for Christmas and I was really excited to spend the day relaxing. After changing and making my way to the seating area all I could hear was laughing and hollering from the sauna hot tub area. So much for relaxing there. First was my massage, technican came and got me by my watch at 2:05, chose my smell of lotion and all i got was lotion rubbed on me and was back in the waiting area at 2:47. So much for a 50min massage. on to my 2nd a facial. Hands down my tech was AMAZING. TECH was pleasant, friendly and professional. While one of my creams was resting on my face tech used a lotion on my arms witch was also amazing wish my massage would of been with this tech. On to the pedicure.all I can say is she was friendly. Definitely not very experienced. My 9year old granddaughter gives much better ones. The chair was very uncomfortable and was not adjustable. All together paid over $275.00 Not the experience or relaxation I needed or hoped for. ?
