Management makes or breaks a business — and sadly, this new management broke it. I used to leave this salon happy every time. Now I leave angry and disappointed. Never again.

Disappointed. My nails were filed unevenly, the polish looked sloppy, and the whole experience felt unprofessional. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

They really need to work on training. The guy who did my nails clearly lacked technique. My nails started lifting in three days and the shape was terrible.

Super overpriced for what you get. The technician rushed through my set, didn’t clean up the sides, and the design I asked for looked nothing like the picture.

I specifically asked for a natural almond shape and ended up with jagged, uneven tips. The guy seemed more focused on finishing fast than doing a good job.

Ken was my tech, and he seemed really inexperienced. My nails looked terrible—lumpy, crooked, and overfiled. I had to go somewhere else to fix them.

Very poor quality. The nail tech—Ken, I believe—barely communicated, rushed the whole time, and the result looked like I did it myself at home. Charged me full price too.
