quite possibly the rudest the rudest staff. my NEW PHONE that i got from them quit working less than 24 hours after i got it. the phone would vibrate but the screen would not light up. i was told that i probably just have bad eyes and couldn't see the screen. okay, offensive. they preceded to tell me that i would have to wait until JANUARY to get a new phone because they were backordered. i was also told that they would not be able to switch the service back to my old phone. very unprofessional staff and ultimately very rude people.

Awful experience. After waiting 1.5 hours to transfer data from old phone to new phone had to take both phones to my house to make the transfer. Will now have to make a second trip to AT&T store at the Summit to complete the transaction. 50mb internet connection at this facility. What a joke. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF TIME YOU WANT TO WASTE!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! This is not an actual AT&T store - this is an authorized retailer and the employees are clueless! An employee has scammed my family out of over $700 by adding fake line and installment plan. The manager of this store has said for over 2 months that this case is being reviewed and we will be refunded - but shockingly has not happened. I have visited the store 5 times to follow up on the case and each time act as though they have never heard of the case. I have contacted AT&T national customer service and they are fully unaware of this issue. Save your money and time and go to Verizon!!!

Your staff was extremely on top of it. Even when a problem occurred with my new phone, they were able resolve it very quickly with complete grace and excellent customer service attitudes.

Over 2 years ago, I was promised a $300 gift card with my purchase of 2 iPhones, Direct TV, internet, with a 2 year contract. I was give 30 to apply for my gift card , but was told I wasn't eligible I contacted them within the 30 period. I even went to the AT&T store at the Summit where this all originated and they put me off. So unprofessional. On top of that, the DirectTV goes out with very little rain in the area. My WiFi reaches about 12 feet. My internet is as bad as dialup. Really. Without WiFi, I get one bar, sometimes 2 and I live on top of a hill 1 mile south the Riverchase Gallleria. I would NEVER recommend doing business with AT&T at the Summit. They are not a corporate store. They will promise you anything.

I went to att store in summit Birmingham al . Placed a order for a phone . I told the rep with one I wanted was 12 pro max . They sent me a12 pro their fault. They told me I would have to pay 55 dollars fee plus 65 for their mess up. They acted like they didn’t care they basically told me to keep the phone it’s nothing they can do ???? the issue is still not resolved.

Bradley helped me pick out a new & improved phone after my last one was stolen. He answered any & all questions I had and made the entire experience a pleasant one. To say he is awesome would be an understatement!!

I wish I could give it less stars than this but I'm here at 740 but now it's 747 because I'm frustrating writing this review but they suppose to close the store at 8pm. Why are the door lock before 740. That's bad for business in a place of business like this. Where it's busy. Hours of operation should not be stated on door as 8 when you close super early with no acknowledgement and when you are at the door t they give you at attitude like you don't suppose to be there ummm the sign say 8

I went in today to resolve a billing issue. The assistant manager and Nathan were so helpful in resolving the issue without any hiccups! 10/10 customer service! I will for sure be returning!
