Ask for Charliee! I was in and out in under an hour with a new Apple iphone and watch. She was pleasant, courteous, and made this visit as enjoyable as buying tech could be. Go to the Summit store for the best service. Drake did an excellent job helping us and did our order very quickly!!! The 280 store is terrible. No one acknowledged us the whole time we were there...so we left.

BEWARE: Fraudulent charges were made to my account at this store. Two pair of airpods were charged to my account. I caught it when my bill went up. I contacted AT&T customer care and they sent me the receipt they had on file. Store agent (William R.) failed to properly verify identity or fradulently charged the items.Update: I contacted the store with my concerns right before they closed on 01.20.24. The next morning I get a call from a personal cell phone number. Unbelievably, it was the AT&T representative (William) that I have a complaint about. He called to confront me. How inappropriate is that... It only illustrates why everyone should be very concerned how your personal information is being used and/or safeguarded at this store. I was also given the wrong email address for the store manager. A police report has been filed.

Charvelle was beyond helpful and very accommodating. She made the changes requested and provided the products/equipment I needed. She even followed up with me to provide additional services when needed. Charvelle exceeded my expectations, great customer service.

Went in to the summit location devastated about my lost phone and the fact I didn't have any passwords to retrieve my information. It was a busy day for me to say the least. Xavier came out to help and when I say this man is a SAINT! very professional extremely polite and very understanding, I left with a new phone and a month later I'm writing this here for him. Amazing! Thank you!

BEWARE! I visited this location for a new iPhone and sales associate, Xavier told me that as a FirstNet customer, I could get a FREE Apple watch. He said "sign up for the service and after a few months, you can cancel the service and keep the watch for free!" I signed up for the free watch. Nothing about the watch was free at all. I was charged for the service and for the watch and had to pay off the watch to cancel the service. He 100% LIED. After multiple calls to customer service and returning to this location, everyone seems confused about the free watch offer, even though the offer can be found with a simple Google search. The customer service rep on the phone denied that there was ever a free watch offer. Sales associate, Bill is the only redeeming factor about this location. I will be switching mobile phone service carriers ASAP.

Nate took me in as I entered the store, understood my needs, suggested options, did the needful for discounts I was eligible. Made then happen. I changed mind and he immediately took care of second option. Great sales person!

Jordan and Shawn were great! I came in just to replace my daughter's airpods and let with a bundle of accessories for my device. On July 2nd 2023 I traded in my wife’s “old“device, she used it for 11 months always with its case. At the store they didn’t see any damages, and they offer us to upgrade that iPhone for a new one, after a week they informed us the phone had several damages and we needed to pay a fee, now we have to pay for both phones and we only got 80 dollars for it. I asked to get the old device and and least give it away for a relative.I’m sure it must be better solutions than just give me an email to start a complaint with no answers.
