I was not very pleased with the full price for receiving old unwanted food that appeared to be contaminated. We ate and within just a few hours the regurgitation began. I went back to send the food back for a refund, and I was being halsted and being called rude when I clearly expressed my concerns on the over all principle matter. Old food can not settle well with some apposed to others. From the over all experience just to receive a refund from what seemed to be a younger asian female who didn't seem very confident in her skill level to handle an average customer service lever in an adept manner. Unfortunately, I would not be able to recommend this business to a local much less a visitor. Its beyond disappointing on how the over all matter was handled from the beginning.

5 star experience for my first time ordering their delivery! Lots of food in their lunch specials. I got sesame chicken and chicken chow mein and it was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, with some leftover.I was impressed with the delivery driver also. He was kind and got here without needing extra directions!

Ordered lunch today..Chicken and broccoli and Three delicacies. Asked for my food to be made spicy. when I opened Chicken and broccoli the chicken was as white as Styrofoam and it wasnt spicy at all. I have never had it to look like this and I order from here alot. When I called to ask about it I was told I have to ask for brown sauce. Never been told that before.

This is our go-to Chinese food delivery restaurant. The food is consistently excellent and delivery is quick. I’m not sure why they don’t have better reviews. We have been eating here for almost 4 years. I guess more people who are dissatisfied are more apt to leave poor reviews. Too bad, because the egg drop soup, house fried rice, and spicy chicken dish are among our favorites.

The general tso's is ? in every way! Definitely not the same recipe as everywhere else, but delicious! Be sure to get the homemade spicy mustard for your eggrolls too. Did I mention these guys deliver super fast...

Just moved here and me and my husband decided to try this place. We ordered the general tso and orange chicken and let me tell you it was so unbearably spicy we could not eat it. We ended up throwing it out. If you are sensitive to spice I suggest trying something else. We will not be ordering those two things again!

The worst Chinese Food I've ever had.. Ordered sesame chicken with fried rice and egg roll. Smh.. What the hell I just ordered from Beijing Express. I can say it was a waste of money. I do know this they will not ever get my money ever AGAIN!!

Never a bad meal. Always fresh and hot. We love the chicken fried rice, Sesame Chicken and egg rolls. Owners and operators so courteous. We have been customers since they were Hunan Express, Yo express and now Beijing.

Ordered delivery about 15 minutes before they were set to close. They were very friendly and still delivered great, hot, fresh, quality food. For quick delivery and decent food....this is a must try. Good food...fair prices. Definitely give them a try at least once

Ordered online - when I returned home, I was shorted 1 soup & instead of sechzuan beef, I got chicken. Not only was it not spicy, it had no determinable seasoning that I could taste. The Mongolian beef & eggrolls were good, & the hot & sour soup was better than average. I will stick to soup here.

I don’t give five star ratings unless it’s earned! Haven’t eaten here in years, not sure what you changed but omg the food is so good! I ordered after 2pm on a week day and was scared it would be cold and greasy... NO.... so hot that I burned my tounge eating soup not testing temp....it’s ok worth it... I bought dinner portion and it’s more than enough for 2...garlic chicken so perfect... u taste the fresh garlic not powder!!!! Crab rangu with actual crab u see and taste .... not just a dab of cream cheese that fries out ..... so delicious!!!! Beef low mein ....perfect perfect perfect and donuts for dessert!!!!! We just found our next favorite Chinese Restaurant... like I said I moved out of town for years and came back... really wanted Chinese after being sick 😷 for days!!! Give them a try. The delivery lady I think probably cooked everything herself!!!! So perfect 👌 ! Only complaint is it’s easier just to call and order than order online! Don’t waist your time... just call them! So pleased! Keep up the great cooking!

My wife and I travel through Hoover frequently. And every time we stay over night we order from Beijing Express! They have very good sweet & sour pork. But the thing that is awesome is the General Tso's chicken!! As mentioned by others, their delivery is always fast. And on occasion the delivery comes by way of an Asian Lady, who's establishment I believe the restaurant is. You can't go wrong with this Chinese Delivery!

I have ordered from this place several times and have received good food and good service. I ordered today and it will be the last time. I ordered chicken chow mein and when I opened the container it was a box full of mushy noodles and huge chunks of mushrooms and onions. I started picking through the mush and found a black hair in it. I knew that this was not my hair since it is long and brown. My boyfriend went to take it back and they told him that they will not take it back or offer a refund. He came back with the nasty food and a ($1) cup of complementary noodles that were cold. I do not recommend eating here or giving these people your money because you will not always receive what you order.

While I am not a huge fan of chinese food, My husband has been enjoying your food since we moved here almost 3 years ago. Fast delivery, and delivery orders taken 40 mins to close are met with appreciation for business, not attitude. I have picked food up several times, and everyone is so nice, and they always make sure to repeat the order back. I appreciate feeling appreciated.

Great food and fast delivery. We order here from work quite a bit and the food never takes long to get there and is always hot and delicious. Love their Mongolian Shrimp. Hot and Sour soup is awesome too. Highly recommend!
