I have experienced nothing but bad customer service at this particular store. Customer service was great and inviting but the inventory is horrible. Probably won’t visit this location anymore unless it’s a quick rush item that I need because it’s close to where I live.

I went to just about every hibbett store in birmingham,homewood,and hueytown. But I decided to go to store 513 and the manager Ms. Shannon helped me out in ways that you couldn't imagine she was dealing with a store full of customers but made me feel as if I'm one of the most important people in the world. She's a great asset.
